Excellent.  Have not had them clean (in House) but have taken scatter rugs to them for cleaning.  They have an excellent
reputation, have been in this  area as long as I have (56 years!). They have cleaned large area carpets for my Mother and
done an excellent job on hard stains.
My mother's former address was: 304  Ponce de Leon Bvld, Belleair, FL  (note, she is presently deceased).

This company did an outstanding job on our oriental rug. We consulted with the professional who was actually going to clean the rug prior to our decision. He walked us through the process and was knowledgeable,thorough and patient with our questions. We had the co. Pick up and deliver our rug and they were prompt. The rug looks better than we could of wished. It is impeccably clean,- even the fringe was noticeably a different shad lighter ( from years of grime being removed). The carpets fibers are soft and it looks fabulous. The extra money was worth this customer satisfaction.

We had the living room done first. Later, when we remodeled our master bedroom, we know just where to go. They were wonderful! Prompt and very courteous. They really stand behind their product and their service, as well. They have come back to deal with very minor issues that other companies would probably scoff at. I would go back to them again and again.

Everything was excellent. They did a great job! We asked that they bring in a large piece of carpeting so that we didn't have any seams. We asked them to cut the carpet at their location so that they were not doing so in the yard of our condo.

Awesome...I was having a condo unit refreshed. Prior to having the new carpet installed we had the unit painted.
Kathie @ Carillon had the old carpet removed before the painter began, and after the paint was complete she 
then installed the new carpet....Now that sounds very accommodating....imagine trying to coordinate from 1100
miles away....She made it very simple....Was an absolute pleasure to work with.

IThe shopping trip went very well, excellent help from staff.

It was much higher than a quote from their neighbor Floor Depot (under $9,000).  When I told the sales lady this, she called me back and said the manager would beat the quote if I sent a copy to them. I did not respond. If they can offer that much of a reduction why did they come in so high initially???  Felt like I was being taken advantage of. By the way, Floor Depot did the job - on time, very professionally and no hidden costs!  Would highly recommend them.

They were great.  Spent additional time getting out the rust stain that we had from a filing cabinet that got wet.  Very professional and would use again.

Took my wool runners (rugs) to them to hand clean. Did a professional job and they looked like new when returned to me.

Very nice people to deal with, explained options on repair with advice for what would work best on my rug.  Rugs well cleaned. Service prompt and reasonably priced.  Would definitely use them again.

They were wonderful. The carpets look great, and they were patient and helpful in moving the furniture and helping me to place the rugs. Because this is a new home, I was not sure where the rugs were going, and they moved a couple of them several times. They were well mannered, good natured, and competent, and they took great care and pride in laying the carpets and pads just so.

Our rug was heavily stained and damaged due to 'puppy bites'.  The people who picked up and delivered the rug were courteous and professional. We used the Carillon Carpet at 1107 N Fort Harrison Ave., Clearwater, FL 33755.  We would recommend them and would use them again.

I used Angie's List to find Carillon Carpet.  I met with James at the house but was out of state for the installation.  Everything went beautifully.  Everything James said he would do was done.  The work is lovely.  I had some unrelated questions and called Tyler.  He spent a great deal of time answering questions and explaining issues to me that really went above what most service people would do.  I would absolutely use Carillon Carpet again.

I loved working with this organization and would return for my next flooring experience.  I will also tell all my friends to visit the showroom.   It is beautiful and you can enjoy a high end experience with very reasonable prices.

They did a fantastic job..very professional and the quality of the carpet is excellent. I worked with Greg and he was very responsive and in tune with my needs. After all the carpet was laid, another company that was working in the house  had left a window open. It poured for 3 days and soaked the new carpet in one of the bedrooms and subflooring. My husband and I were so upset. We pulled back the new carpet and dried everything out. Carillon came back at NO COST and installed the carpet back for us. Their prices were higher than other companies but well worth the extra we paid.

I like going to the store. They have a huge selection and someone came to help me as soon as I went in and discussed and asked me questions - what I wanted, where I wanted it, what type of carpet and showed me right to sections where I could find it. It was great to see the large selection, but it was also a little overwhelming. And in having someone come and not just showing me where things were, but to ask me what it was that I was looking for - it was a very big help. And then they gave me a bunch of samples that I could take home and put in the room, because of the different light it looks different and stuff. It was nice size samples that I had as well. Then they came to the house and they measured everything. So they really did everything for me and it was very good. The carpet is beautiful. The service men were very good. They were done and out of here much faster than I thought they would be, so they did a very nice job.

They'd did a fantastic job.  I recommend them highly.
