They installed my new unit. I've never had a problem with it. They keep it maintained every year. Why change a good thing?

See above I have been very unhappy with this company's service for many years.

It went very well from start to finish. John, the technician who came out to discuss options explained things very well. He gave us ideas that we had not heard from other companies. They scheduled us very quickly, since we had no working AC. The technicians who did the installation, Allen and Kyle, worked very efficiently and cleaned up very well. We were very pleased with their work and will continue to use their services.

They are the highest AC company in the area. Covered under the annual contract. Took only twenty minutes. Left the area clean.

Had 9 am appt however they called & had to reschedule to later in day at 1. They keep in touch with me and tech arrived at 1 as promised

The technician (Leroy) made sure that I had no outstanding concerns, also he comprised what may be needed to be done. I thought he was efficient in doing the job.

Leroy was excellent answered all question suggested-a better filter. Excellent company with excellent people *.

They come 2 times a year for maintenance. They're very good. I've been using them for 14 years.

Was told II-I and he came at 10:30-great service. He called before he arrived.

In July 2016 Bayside installed a new heat pump/air handler. During the install they replaced my UV bulb as it was due to be replaced. In Dec 16 Bayside's tech did the first service on this new unit. That tech tried to sell me a new UV bulb stating it was old and needed replaced. He tried three times to get me to purchase a new bulb. I had to show him the paperwork from the install showing the UV bulb was replaced during the new install. I assumed the Bayside Tech would review what was done on their last visit, not sure what may have happened there. The tech than switch to telling me he highly recommended two different parts to ensure the proper function of the heat pump. This unit is six months old and I would think the manufacture of the unit and Bayside would ensure any needed parts were installed on the unit before install to ensure the unit lasted as expected. It seems those parts had not been installed so I would think the parts would be installed under warranty?? Now I am wondering why the recommended parts were not in place during the new install and why I am expected to purshase them??

Jim was a pleasure to work with. Kept us updated on all the work he was doing. Gave us options on a filter system and we are happy with our selection

We've used them for the last several years, they're always prompt, professional and knowledgeable leading us to purchase our contract through them.

He was on time and did his work very professionally.

Everyone from Bayside has been great! I have had no problems since I started using Bayside. I'll be a Bayside customer until I do longer own my home. Thank you to the entire Bayside team!

They are always on time and quick. They make sure to call me when maintenance is due (which is nice since other companies would put that burden on you to remember and probably never come if you forget). There AC guys are very professional and on time never wasting your time. Like most companies they will try to up sell you but there isn't a lot of pressure more like maybe you should think about this. If you do find a better price for a service or part they have in the past matched me or offered me a better deal. Over all I have had a great experience with them cant complain.

Excellent!! Nicole is the most caring company representative! She understood our complicated situation and needs - she immediately scheduled a top notch technician. Gabriel, the tech, is amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and performed a "temporary fix" until the replacement part arrived and could be installed on a second visit. I could not be more pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend this company.
