After accepting their proposal, they came in two days for installation of a new air conditioning unit and gas furnace. Josh and Onix were professional, friendly, and really dedicated to complete the install despite that it was raining a good part of the day! My new unit is working efficiently, quietly, and cools my whole house. It is a high saving model which is good for my electric bills and the environment. Thank you to Charlie, Josh, and Onix!

They always generally come by early in the season, both in winter and summer. I think they're pretty competitive.

They're not really good. They are really bad. Every time they come, they screw up something and I end up calling somebody else. They trick me to sign up and now, I'm on a contract with them and they came each time. They try to make me spend more money on a part on my system.The service is part of the annual maintenance contract. I pay $200 or a bit more. It's just an annual maintenance contract; they come two or three times a year to check up. I would not get any work done other than the annual check up because they are not good. Nothing stood out. They can change all the things about the technical person; the technical person comes out and turns into a salesperson The price doesn't matter because it ends up costing me more.

Professional attention to detail. Checked system out and didn't try to sell unneeded services. Had a previous repair estimate and wanted a second opinion. Part that was recommended didn't need replacing. If if doesn't hold up and needs replacement, the cost was 300 dollars less with Bayside.

Charlie came and did a great job of inspecting and explaining everything. We were very impressed by the professionalism and technical expertise of Charlie. Bayside is fortunate to have such a great employee. We will always use Bayside and ask for Charlie as our technician.

They were very professional. I would highly recommend them. They were very prompt. They explained the options very well. The work seemed to be done very well. They cleaned up after themselves very well. It was an excellent experience.

Terrific - on time - neat - well use of time

Removal of the old unit required some extra work. Our installers were able to remove a section of fencing and re-attach the fence panel on completion. They also refit the unit's pad by removing old concrete. The ducting into the house had to be redone as well. The former installers left the old ductwork with some obvious tears in the ducting Bayside Installerd did a great job - above and beyond our expectation.

Fixed our A/C. Didn't try and sell us anything. Recognize there was an issue with it shorting out. Made adjustments and double checked everything.

Leroy did a great job. He was very helpful in explaining everything he was doing and why. I am looking forward to working with him for annual maintenance. Very polite, Very Professional and he, of course, gave me options of things to do now and in the future. He knew I had just purchased the place and not interested in doing any major cash outlays at this time and just needing to make sure that all was good, which he did.

Great inspection of system by Jon that was already installed . Very professional and responsible. Went on to replace 20 year old ducts that were filthy. The work went well and the duct team was great. The best experience with A/C company Would recommend

I would prefer to have an agreement with them and get the same rep each time to service my unit. They were punctual and cleaned up.

They came out immediately, found a hose to be defective and got it taken care of immediately same day. Very nice and professional, I trusted he gave me good advice.

I think I may have found them through Angie's List when we first had to replace the old one. Shortly after we bought the trailer, the air conditioner died. The whole thing had to be replaced. The original air conditioner - the technician told me that it was 26 years old. It had been jerry-rigged; and you know, bubble gum and twisty-ties and things just to keep it running. We were through the summer without an air conditioner and part of the winter without an air conditioner, so I think it was 2015. They were really good, and they were really good about coming by for the warranty maintenance inspections and everything. For price, I would give them an A-plus. It was brand new air conditioning and they had to put in a unit that would fit my duct work too; it had to be compatible with the duct work. It's a big machine. It was worth it getting a new air conditioner and getting it to work and everything. Everybody was nice - all the guys that come out and everything, take care of everything. They always explained everything to me and showed me. They explained everything and they were so nice about it.

They've been very good. I have their maintenance warranty. They did the usual maintenance inspection, cleaning it, and everything, and also installed an ultraviolet light or something inside the air conditioning unit because there was mold starting to build up. This light will keep the mold from building up and enhance the operation of our air conditioner. I have one of those things in the unit that I don't have to change the filters because that was too difficult for us to do, but it cleans itself, like a self-cleaning thing. They installed that last year, I think. They're really good.

I don't have any thing to compare the price to. I would use them again, but I am looking for somebody else. Mainly, because every time they come out to what is supposed to be maintenance work, they end up trying to sell you something and it becomes a pressure situation and I don't like it. I bought my air conditioning system from them and then found out that they really charged me much more than they should of and I have been kind of locked into them. Now they are trying to sell me a new air conditioning system, so I am looking for some body else. The people are very nice, polite, helpful, and that kind of thing. A couple of times it struck me as unusual in that the service men tried to sell me their own services outside the companies purview, but overall, I guess it's a good company.

service dept called and setup an appointment.The serviceman, named Jon, came promptly very courteous and knowledgeable.Took the time to explain every detail of the operating system and answered all my questions satisfactorily.I would highly recommend this company!

The sales experience was very good. The installation was very professional. I haven't had a problem with it since.
