We had Bayside replace our HVAC with a new Rheem system. The company was entirely professional throughout our experience. It turned into a much bigger job than they or we anticipated. After installation, the main air return was making a lot of noise, unlike anything we'd ever heard in anyone's home. Bayside took time to investigate, and after one unsuccessful attempt to lessen the sound, ordered a large, customized vent box to solve the problem. We especially appreciated being updated by phone calls from the Office Manager, Marcia. The techs handled all the followup visits with aplomb. My husband and I have commented that we wonder if the company made any profit on our job! All in all, an impressive experience.

Initially called for service, but was given the unfortunate news that my 14 year old system finally was done in for. The tech that came out initially was extremely professional and walked through all the options with me, not just the highest price option (replace system). After consideration, it just made sense to get a whole new system as opposed to putting band-aids on the existing system. They were able to come out the next day and installed an entirely new system. The two installers today were very friendly and worked incredibly efficient. They were done far sooner than I expected and fully cleaned up. Will certainly be using their services in the future foR maintenece!

They are due out now again, but I don't want them to come out. My air had stopped blowing, they charged me a lot of money, but they didn't fix it. I had to call another company. They should have picked up on it, it was the control on my thermostat. They came out twice and then I The quality is not good quality, I have to be picky and tell them not to send certain people out, I had an issue with them before. They were professional. I am not using them anymore. I had to pay an additional $400 to another company.

The person that came was very professional and very nice and knowledgeable.

I have a contract with them so I will - and have already - use them again. The pan under the air handler stopped draining shutting down A/C again. They came right out and fixed it that day. I ask them to check the pan whenever someone shows up for maintenance. I hope they do because I cannot get to A/C air handler in attic.

He really pressed for the expensive mold prevention units. He said our unit should last a few more years and was in good condition. What is odd, we have had nothing but trouble since he left. The outside unit keeps going out. Never have we had this issue before. Not sure this is a reliable business... ended up calling a few friends for referrals on a good AC Man that isn't trying to sell something... lesson learned, you get what you pay for...

Tech was Gabriel. He was great also helped out with another problem I had with the ac that was a really quick tweak. He was extremely knowledgeable and also recommended a tune up for one of the units that was a bit older. He checked anti freeze for both units also. GREAT JOB!

Left voicemail. Becky called an hour later, turned me over to Stephanie in Service. After I described the problem, Stephanie was quiet for about 30 seconds except for stuttering noises - ah, um, er, etc. Hoping to speed things up, I asked if there were any other info that I could provide. She must have been having a bad day; she hung up on me. I had thought she was having trouble locating my condo, a common problem. Apparently she had other troubles.

I have a contract with them. It's a yearly contract. Actually it's a three year contract. They gave it to me for three years. I'm on my last year. I'm going to shop around. What I do not like is that when they service you they push you to do other things that I feel that I have not needed, at a much higher cost. For instance, they wanted to put a line in and a vent for mold, and they want another line for this, and everything is $700 to $1200 and he always pushes for things like that that's more expensive. They have a high turnover of technicians, and in my opinion, the technicians are tied into their ability to sell, because they get a commission, so if they don't sell when they go out in the field, then that hurts them, so I think that's why they have a high turnover.

I am under contract, $300 for six visits. I have two homes, they service both of my homes. They are fine. They are economical. They call me to schedule appointments so I don’t have to call them. They take care of both of my houses at the same time.

Everyone I spoke with was always incredibly professional, polite, and helpful; from the schedulers, supervisors, techs, and installers. We had a slight problem pop up with a unit not be delivered on time for the install. They were very apologetic and remedied the situation in a way that was more than fair. They were always quick to get back to me anytime I called about a concern. I would definitely call them again for AC repair or install work.

They have been very good. I find them to be honest, which is a big help. I have actually had someone tell me that this will need to be replaced, but not yet. That is pretty good. The cost was reasonable. I would use them again.

Replaced AC June 2016. Hired them again in July 2017 to replace the air ducts. They were on time, professional and cleaned up. Because I had the ducts installed just over a year from the AC replacement, they discounted the price to what it would have cost if I had it done at the same time as the AC. I would definitely hire them again!

They were very professional, arrived on time and did a great job cleaning up. The cost is for having both services performed.

Very professional although the cost was higher than anticipated.

Technician, Charlie, was at my home per the time scheduled. He completed the regular maintenance that we are contracted with them for. while he had covers off he showed me how badly the coils were impacted with "bio growth (mold/mildew). At an extra cost I had him clean the system. Charlie did a great job and was very informative. the before and after of his work was impressive. I am very happy with the service that we receive from Bayside AC.

He went above and beyond, because the guy who originally put on the freon locks broke them, necessitating the Bayside tech to have to drill screws in to get them off. The leak itself was an easy fix, and he did not try to upsell me anything.

I wasn't too happy with the service. It sounded good online. The guy looked at the A/C and said there were electrical problems and it was shorting out or something. So he wouldn't do it, he would have a higher technician come do the service free of charge and also do the inspection. We ended up in an argument because the person who came later said that wasn't the case. We had to talk to the manager and finally he didn't charge extra and he did whatever he was supposed to fix. But he charged more for some of the parts he gave us. Now the A/C doesn't cool down. It's hot outside and the temperature doesn't go down. I'm not very confident in calling them back because I know they're going to ask a ridiculous price to fix it again. They didn't fix it. I was not happy at the time. Initial cost was very reasonable, and when I called the office they said they would take additional cost off and they did. The first guy was really nice and helpful.
