Very well. Don Meyer gave me some preventative items that other techs had not.

inspection of heat pump problem. no fix performed . system performing as designed unfortunately. no charge.

Went great. Was kept informed during the whole process. Advised on status of our equipment, and left without trying to sell us something that wasn't required.

They were professional and prompt, William H. is the technician that came out. He performed a diagnostic and a recommendation of replacing the heat pump system altogether. That matched our expectation and another recommendation. One thing that William did advise was to get an electrical issue addressed, regardless of what we did regarding the system.

Fantastic, Jacob was top notch and provided expert advice on the product and service offerings that would be most beneficial to the health and safety of my home and family. I would highly recommend him and Bayside, he portrayed a positive professional attitude and was not pushy or invasive in any way shape or form.

I called Bayside yesterday at 1:30 pm and the service tech, Johnny, was at our house at 3:00. He found that our outside AC unit had failed and showed my husband in great detail what happened and extent of the failure. He explained our options so that they were easy to understand. We feel we were able to get a fair price on a new AC/Heat system. We needed to have the system installed right away and Johnny worked very hard with their scheduling office to get the install scheduled this morning. They showed up on time and were very professional during the installation. We are extremely pleased with Bayside.

Wonderful service. Company responded in less than 24 hours. William came he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, nice) and he fixed our leaking furnace, AC problems, replaced wall thermostat, and gave us a deal on maintenance program . Now our Florida home is cool & AC not leaking! Thank you!

Jarod called while enroute to let me know when he would arrive. He performed the checkup, secured some loose ductwork and discussed cleaning the air handler. He showed me the evaporator coils inside the air handler, they did look pretty dirty, and I decided to get it cleaned since the unit is almost 10 years old. He explained every step and did a great job. Cleaned up all work areas. Very professional and I would hire again.

Very well, Steve was most helpful and reassuring. Will use again next time I need professional assistance for A/C. I also signed on for a 3 year maintenance agreement making total cost $250.00. This to include the callout for leak and line clearing ($170) Will receive 6 visits at 6 monthly intervals over 3 years - all inclusive. Incidentally my A/C is blowing cold nicely since his visit. Good job.

I have used Bayside for a couple of years to do a semi-annual inspection and preventative maintenance. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. On the last visit Don and James were extremely thorough and diligent especially in presenting options for the eventual reality that we need to replace our aging system in the near future. I never felt there was undue pressure and they took the time to answer all of my questions. When we are ready, we will be calling the Bayside team to make the change.

Couldn’t have asked for better service. The blower motor died 15 days after the warranty expired and Bayside still honored the warranty, charging me a fraction of what the new motor and installation was last year. My tech Johnny was so nice to advocate on my behalf with the company. He was courteous and professional, a treat to work with. I can’t stress enough how happy I am with the overall experience. The work went very well. The technician, Don Meyer, explained the products and services very well. Installation went smoothly and cleanly. We had switched to Bayside after a few years with another company, and have been very pleased.

I woke up at 7 am on a muggy Florida morning and called them - the service answered and said they would call after 8 when it opened. They called at 8 - I told them my a/c was not working and was told someone would be out as soon as possible. Got a call back about 10 min later and was told someone would be there in a half hour. The repairman was here before 9 - and the a/c was up and working by 9.30. I do not know how anyone could possibly do better than that. The tech also filled up the coolent and repaired something he found broken on the a/c.

I’ve used this company for a number of years and they never disappoint.
