AutoNation Honda Clearwater

I don't remember if I had the oil changed I might have, I don't remember. I had the transmission flushed and the transmission serviced. I can't remember what else they did. I was getting ready to drive to Georgia because I was moving to Georgia. They checked over the car and did whatever was needed that they thought should be done right then. They're good. I scheduled it online, and I think they called me the day before to remind me. They communicated with me about my needs very well.

They have We have at least four cars that we bought from them throughout the years. We've been there over 20 or more years, probably 25 years. It was good. Good performance, good work. On the price, It was a little more expensive.

They are very friendly, accurate with time, and upfront with communication.

I've always gotten service with them. Ken is the service man I use. He is excellent. He takes care of me very well. He recommends stuff. He looks at my car and makes sure that I'm getting everything I'm supposed to get done to the vehicle. Everything is included into the package I bought when I bought the car. Dealing with Ken, I'd give him an A.

It took ten hours to purchase the vehicle. I was not very happy because of the finance manager. He didn't know what he was doing. He messed up the deal. His name was Todd. I would really think about getting another car from them because of the experience I had. I would say "No" right now because of how I was treated by the financial manager. I wouldn't go back.

The finance manager of the dealership is the one that caused all my problems. He did not listen to me when I told him to quote my mailing address. Instead he quoted my street address and it is still costing me a lot of money to have it corrected. It has not been corrected to date. It took ten hours to purchase the vehicle because of the finance manager. It was the worst vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.  I would use the dealership again if I didn't have to deal with the finance manager.

I find there service to be excellent.

They are all like sharks. It was an okay experience. I was really naive about buying a new car. I should have checked it out online and done my homework. The salesman was brand new. He was retired and an older gentleman. He only stayed there a couple of months. He wasn't familiar with the bluetooth, the navigation and how it all worked. I had to have a friend help me sync my phone. I constantly had to have the manual out. The salespeople were all positive, chippy and cheery because they are salespeople. They draw you into their web. I've used their service department a couple of times and they were really good. Their prices were competitive. I won't use them again because they are higher money-wise than the mechanic I use.
