This company gave us great flexibility. We had our own tiles that we wanted to use for the waterline under the coping. They had no problem with us doing that, did the installation and took special care of the tiles as they are Premium Green ONYX, which has a tendency to break easily until installed. Additionally, they always responded to my questions quickly, regardless of the day, time, or question. I call that "ABOVE AND BEYOND". IRONICALLY, THERE WERE 4 COMPANIES THAT WE CONTACTED REGARDING OUR JOB. I ma STILL waiting to hear from 2 of them, AND THE OTHER took too long to respond. I cannot express enough how helpfukl and efficient Artistic pools were in repairing my Spa, It really does pay to get the experts and I am speaking from my own experience. Every step and procedure was explained and there were no hiddeen extras. I would and will refer Artistic pools to my friends

Artistic Pools was friendly enough but difficult to communicate back and forth as the serviceman lets all calls go to voicemail, so a lot of time was wasted with continual phone tag. The repair performed did not fix my leak and after speaking with the serviceman about this I tried for over a month to get him to come back out again, but he did not show (or call) for our appointments on two occasions. I admit I eventually gave up and ate the $88.00 for the repair that did not fix my problem. I thought it was rather unprofessional of him not to follow up when he knew there was a problem. I eventually did have my spa fixed by someone else.

The repair man was delayed so didn't come on the day arranged, which was inconvenient as I stayed home to be there when he came. But, when he came-Jerry Marcum, did a very professional job and would certainly use him again.

7 MONTHS to complete a simple repair & get 1 part. Took the shoulder jet from my hot tub to get a replacement back in September 2008. Called every 2 weeks & got excuse after excuse. Owner of company had to get involved to finally get the repair completed on April 7th, 2009. No return call from the tech seems to be the norm. Glad my service is completed but I couldn't in good heart recommend them to my friends.

I'm pleased with the quality of work, however the repairman missed the first appointment and did not call. I came home from work early during the window of time that was scheduled. I had to call and reschedule causing my wife to be there for the appointment (something I don't like to do with a new repair service). The work performed was a five star, meeting the apointment time was a 1.
