The professional did not build very much of a rapport with the Management Staff, and did not have a neat appearance. The work took more then one day to complete but the quality of the work satisfactory.

We were very pleased with this company. The man who repaired our problem, Chris J., was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He is an asset to this company. I would certainly use them again in the future for any other projects that might arise.

Chris did his best to give me advice about my pool situation. He did show up for his appointment. As scheduled. I did have a bit of a wait to hear about his suggestions however.

Installed heater for spa and timer. Did not test either pool heater or timer before leaving because he tripped sub breaker. Timer does not work and only after I reviewed spa heater manual was I able to get spa heater to work. Refused to return and test the system offered to return if I paid another trip charge. Stated that a new timer out of the box supplied by me must be defective. But never tested electrical system so has no idea as to why it didn't work except, that he knew he had wired it correctly, even though the pool and spa have a separate electrical panel the installer managed to trip the sub breaker in that area of the house. He stated he could not call because his cell phone didn't work in our area, however he did manage to call his office and inform them that all the work is completed and to have me pay for the installation. Unfortunately I trusted the company and paid them for the service before going home and finding out that nothing worked and the installer was unwilling to return and correct the problem.. I believe that based on my experience that Artistic pools are using an unqualified installer, any company who would allow their employee to install a gas heater and do electrical connections without testing is very scary.

VERY timely and the price was reasonable. Repair itself was completed in 15 minutes.

All in all took 3 weeks to get our pool pump repaired. Multiple calls were not returned. Initial repair did not work. Apparently the motor was not checked in our spa by the technician because we tried to use it the next day and it didn't work at all. I was only able to talk to the secretary despite multiple calls the next day and never heard from the person in charge of spa motors. 3 days later the pump was returned for the second time, this time successfully and I still never heard from anybody. The worst communication skills of any company I have worked with in a long time.

Miscommunication led to my request not making it immediately to the technician however when it did, they handled my job very fast and professionally.

We got an immediate response and had the repairman on site the day after we submitted our request. Because the part had to be ordered, it took a few days to get repaired, due to a weekend and our own schedule. Everything was done professionally and our repairman was very helpful.
