Description of Work: Not who or what services they claim to do. Even their company vehicle said would perform services yet the contractor who responded (finally), would not leave a written estimate, and said they did not perform the services I had requested when I called and made the original appointment. I wasted two weeks waiting on this contractor for nothing.

Description of Work: Primary inspection addressed a few issues that were taken care of . Won't know if fixed till a major storm hits . |Second inspection alerted us to a repair issue of the chimney and confirmed that the roof is sound and does not need to be replaced for some time to come . A week after we purchased the deal an other deal was posted by them for less . Unable to figure out the difference between both services offered .

Description of Work: He inspected my flat roof as requested and located an area of primary concern, which made sense considering where a leak was coming from. He attempted to fix it as part of the deal but informed me that it probably wouldn't work and that I needed a new roof, which I already knew. Unfortunately, the fix did not work, but it was worth a shot and I'm happy that it was included as part of the deal. He also looked at the rest of my roof and concluded that it was in good shape and didn't need work anytime soon.

Description of Work: The guy gave me a report on the roof as being OK. I guess he cleaned out the gutters. I never climbed up to check. But, I did ask him for 2 quotes. The first, for gutter covers, and, the second, for a water run-off diversion panel at a location where run-off converged and blew over the gutter into my atrium. It's been a couple of months, but, I've never heard back. I suppose I should put a ladder up and go and see if the gutters are clean.

Description of Work: The crew were very professional and prepared with ladders, tools, caulking, tar and know-how. They inspected my roof and gave me a thoroughgoing report of the roof. They took pictures for me to analyze with their cell phones and on the spot repairs were made. | My house did not have "roof crickets" installed. So, |this crew will be back in December or January to install this...crickets will divert the water from the chimney as it travels downward from the roof above. Without this flashing system inside water damage can occur. So, I will send a follow up report once this has been installed. Ask Otniel or his brother Orlando | Alvarez to check to see if you need a roof cricket. Good guys! An asset to Angie's list.

Description of Work: They got here on Thursday morning and went to work. They finished the roof by Friday afternoon! Fast! And well done. They picked up every scrap of trash and even fixed a small hole they had accidently put in my screen cage. A great job! Quite pleased with my new roof!
