I've had them do work for me on previous occasions and have done a great job, however recently I requested a quote to replace a shingle roof and after numerous tries to get an estimate, I finally was able to set an appointment. They never showed for the appointment and I never received any follow-up call. Very disappointing.

I can’t rate their work as I couldn’t even get someone to call me back to set a appointment to get a quote. They must be too busy to value my time as much as theirs. Surprising considering their high ratings. I called and was told someone would get with me that day. Nothing. I called the next morning and was told they’d get back to me within the hour. After over two I called back and just told them to forget it. I and everyone has enough stress in life without a company that can’t do what they say they will. This doesn’t give me a lot of confidence that anything will be done on schedule or that any issue I might have will be properly addressed. When everyone’s online, what separates you is service. This one was not good out of the gate.

The process went very well. It was not an emergency. Albright replaced the flat roof so I thought I would hire them again to make a repair to the flat roof. Once they were finished there was a slight issue with the quality of the repair to the soffit. The roof repair was good. Told office I was not happy and they came out immediately and fixed the soffit to my satisfaction. I would hire them again. Good reputable company.

We were disappointed at having to wait 2 months from contract signing for the work to start. However, once they began work went very quickly. Despite extreme heat, workers were hard-working and efficient and did a great job. The cleanup was very impressive, not a bit of trash or mess was left behind. Price was very reasonable compared to other estimates.

We live in Madeira Beach and after Hurricane Irma last year, one of our roof turbines was not turning properly and had to be disabled. Close to a year later we decided to call a roofer to have it repaired. We had hired Albright Roofing a few years back to patch a bubble on our roof and were pleased with the results so decided to call them again for this project. (Found them on Angie's List.) Albright came out to take a look and said they probably could just replace the top portion of the turbine without having to remove the whole thing. We would have to pay for the whole turbine but by not having to the cut back into the roof it would save the integrity of the roof therefor not breaking any existing seals that at the time were perfectly fine. They workmen came on time, were very polite and explained exactly what they were going to do. In less then half and hour they came down and explained what they had done. They were able to just replace the top portion of the turbine. They also applied some silicone around the bolts to protect them from the sun, to help them last longer. The turbine is working well, is quiet and is keeping our attic cool during these hot summer days and nights. We are satisfied with the work performed and the professionalism of all the employees we encountered in order to make our repair a success. We recommend Albright Roofing to anyone in need of their services be it a large or small project.

Wonderful. Could NOT have been better. Office staff was pleasant, very helpful and patient with me. Roofers were well coordinated in doing their jobs. After researching other companies, I felt Albright would do a great job, especially with hundreds of positive reviews on Angie's list. Also, although BBB has many members, Albright ALSO has their Accredited rating which involves more scrutiny. The crew worked hard and knew what they were doing. A tarp was spread out over the open front porch and grass area. They were polite, and courteous. I had no complaints whatsoever. Albright provided cases and cases of bottled water for their workmen and also ice. It's nice to see employers that take care of these details. I choose a system that had a good (and transferable) warranty, which was important if I sell my home. I already notice the cooler effect of the Tapered Roof, as it also acts like insulation. I went from dark brown shingles to Oyster, which should also improve the temperature as it reflects the sun better. I definitely feel more confident, knowing there aren't any more leaks. And I have a beautiful new roof.

I got several estimates & albright was the most reasonable of all of them. They were very courteous, informative, thorough & professional. I was happy with the people who came out for the estimate & I spoke with Tina in the office who was very helpful. They scheduled the roof replacement for 5/10/18 & showed up promptly. They were very respectful of the property & finished the job in one day. I think they left the property cleaner than than it was when they arrived. I have yet to find a nail on the ground or driveway. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent, they were professional, clean, quick and courteous. I watched neighbors having their roofs done taking almost an entire week and sometimes more. Albright was done in a day and a half. Over 30 squares of shingle and a flat roof. Remarkable! Great job. I got 5 estimates from different contractors, Albright was the lowest price. So, I looked at reviews at Angie's, Yelp, Google and Home Advisors, they had excellent reviews and I'm adding one more.

I own a home in Largo Fl and a new roof was put on by a Co that is now out of business. I have had nothing but problems (leaks) since it was installed a couple years ago. I have called numerous roofing companies and their work was less then satisfactory. I was recommended to call Albright . Best recommendation I ever had. They were prompt , professional and extremely conscientious. . The day after they finished Largo was hit with a rainstorm. No Leaks!!! Thanks Albright!!
