Tec took his time to do a though job, making sure all parts and surfaces were clean as possible. He also cleaned up after himself. leaving not dust or residue on the interior of the home.

I realized that my home has a warranty on it's AC since it's newer so I didn't need the deal so I cancelled the order.

The guy's name is Chris Webber. We got recommended by him. I told him his work was so good. It was somebody a friend recommended. I told him he was excellent. The company is called Absolute Air Conditioning & Heating. They were here before we were members of Angie's List. We were recommended them by a guy we normally use as a handyman. We were out of the country at that time. We had a rental here. We discussed what we wanted. They did exactly what we said. They were in our house when we weren't even here. A friend of our said, if you trust me, you can trust him with the keys, they are so trust worthy. There was a little problem, the electric bill was still high. They came and they saw that there was a little opening and did what they needed to do and put everything back where it belonged. In the garage you have to move things around. We had them twice. We had them originally to fix the problem for the lady and that was the first bill. We got a new 2.5 unit and it was between 5000 to 6000. They are honest. They are clean, punctual and prompt. They came back to deal with a problem and we didn't know what it was. We got in touch with them and they were here like the next day and fixed it. They were very trustworthy and polite. They moved everything back, now it looks like it did before they came. I would rate them an 'A' plus for everything. They were wonderful. I actually called him for questions and he would not get a profit from the questions. One of the solar people told us something about the solar. We checked with this guy because we should be getting a rebate for the air conditioner, Chris said no, that is not true.

On time, professional. Performed the service and found no problems. Advised me of some potential future service that may be required but did not press me to purchase anything. I don't know much about AC so they could have told me anything, although I would have to get a second opinion. Recomended them to my Son.

I purchased their Angie's List Deal for an A/C Tune Up and Inspection online on a Saturday. I was contacted through Angie's List almost immediately, and was able to scheduled the service that Tuesday morning. The technician arrived on time, was pleasant and knowledgeable, checked the refrigerant pressure, cleaned the fan unit, checked a number of other parts of the A/C system, and discussed some specifics for me to look out for. In my opinion the service was well worth the cost, and this company has been excellent to work with. I've contacted them once before and both experiences have been great. I would definitely recommend.

Overall, pretty good. I had bought a deal to clean the fan coil. I thought it was to clean the blower and coil. But only the blower was cleaned. And a service to clean the coil was recommended. The tech also suggested using a different air filter in the house, which was was good advice. The owner was very nice and helpful in getting getting service scheduled and rescheduled for me. He also took a call on Sunday afternoon to troubleshoot and help fix another problem.

Haven't had work done yet, but expecting grade A with their great reviews.

The gentleman came and the deal did not mention that they do not clean the ducts. The picture on the website made it look like they actually do clean the vents. We are in the process of getting the deal refunded. The technician was exceptionally kind and helpful. They were very flexible with my schedule and accommodating. This is definitely a company I would consider using again in the future.

They said that a part needed to be replaced and it has been a couple of weeks and I have not heard back from them yet. The technician was helpful with everything. The scheduling was fine.

As expected they found issues with the A/C and $89 job went to $500.

The contractor was here on time and very professional. It was probably the most complete cleaning we ever had for our system. I would definitely recommend them.

The service techs arrived on time and were very courteous. They originally were to clean the air ducts in the house, which I thought would be more extensive. But the procedure wasn't really explained to me on the phone and I didn't really ask. So I can't really fault them for what they did. They did clean the large vent and disinfect it thoroughly. Along with that service they performed an AC tune up and found a bad capacitor and replaced it. The cost of replacement was a bit high I thought at $151.00. But again, I have no knowledge of what these things cost. Overall, I thought their services were very professional.

The return air duct and UV light system have improved the circulation and quality of air in my home. Before the new air duct parts of my house received very little air flow. I can now feel the air throughout the house. The UV lighting system works. Its eliminated household and cooking odors. Its also eliminated the smell of air freshers.

It took them a little bit to get back to me, but when he finally did, he balked when I asked him about weekend hours and told me that my Big Deal purchase didn't cover weekend hours. I understood said ok and tried to schedule the appointment around my boyfriend's schedule because I don't know as much about HVAC as I do electrical and plumbing. The contact seemed very helpful, and we agreed to set up the appointment via email. My boyfriend sent the email, got everything scheduled, and everything seemed ok. My boyfriend left work an hour early, and the guy hadn't showed up yet. We eventually called him, and he was on site at another job. When asked about when he would arrive, he said it was too late and he wasn't coming. We set up another appointment for the next day. Before he even came out and looked at the unit, he was stressing that it would need replaced. He kept the appointment at my insistence, but when he came out, I don't even know if he completed the service from the Big Deal. In his defense, my unit DID need replaced. I just don't think his recommendation was as well-informed as it could have been. Overall, I can't question his technical ability, but I will say that his professionalism left something to be desired.

The service provided was fine. I thought they did a good job.

The technician was very helpful took me through a tour of all components of the unit and explained what readings should be prior to testing and confirmed after testing that the readings were safe and required no additional maintance.

The technician inspected the entire system, gave me a few recommendations and verified everything else was in working order. Good service to use for routine maintenance.

These technicians were very efficient, experienced, friendly, professional and prompt. They gave me an estimate on work that should be done and gave me a discount. They were very patient with me, explained about my unit and the maintenance that needs to be performed. I will use them again and highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

After the work was done I found that I was over charged for the part that he replaced on my AC. He left he bad part and I found it was a $15 part and he charged me $150.

I purchased a big deal from them. He was very polite and tried his best to help me. However, he does not service my area.

Chris and his team were great to work with. Great communicators, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile. We recently purchased a house with dual HP units for upper and lower floors. I called Chris and arranged for them to come out and do an overall maintenance on both units. They cleaned and tested both units and repaired a worn component on the upstairs unit. Great value and easy to work with. Several months later our downstairs unit (20+ years old) froze. I called Chris and he came out himself to inspect the unit. He detected a loss of freon and filled up the unit and also added leak sealant in case the leak was minor. Two weeks later the unit froze again - leak was back and the sealant could not fix it. Chris provided me with a quote over the phone and scheduled his team to replace the unit. In the meantime, he told me how to operate the fan in order to unfreeze the coil so that we could have working A/C until the unit could get replaced. The team that came out to replace and remove the old unit was great and took great care to install and additional hurricane pad on our existing pad and clean up afterwards. Great team and I will definitely call them with any other maintenance needs!
