First of all, they sold me a warranty that covered nothing. It was an additional $600.00. Then, when they delivered my couch, they broke my window by throwing the middle piece down on the floor. I had to leave work to see the damage and figure out how to repair it. They told me they could not get a window repair man for about 3 days. I have a dog inside AND I don't want a broken window in my home - when my husband and I have to work - for three days! The manager bought some glass and came to fix it. He had to continue to sand it down until it would fit. Then he realized he had the wrong size and had to go get another size. Then, he didn't get done until 7:00 that night. After all this, my dog decided to chew through the wire to the electric recliner. Now, I did not know that my warranty did not over this. It covered knives, scissors, bleach, tears, rips, etc... going through the couch, but not dogs. So, I called them asking if they would repair it if I would pay for it. They said they "were under no obligation to repair it and we will see what we can do." Apparently, their repair man is only around every 2 weeks for about 2 hours. I made THREE appointments, and every time they would call 10 minutes before they wanted to be there and expected me to run to the house. They would never give me a time to be there; they just told me I would have to work around his schedule. When I called after the THIRD time of not catching the repair man, he told me to take a day off and wait at the house. I am a school teacher. I cannot just take a day off to wait on a repair man. Then, after he became belligerent and reminded me once again that they didn't "have to" repair my couch, I hung up and went it. I spoke to the older lady who runs the store. She told me it was my responsibility to work around the repair man's schedule and that it's not their "job" to work around mine. Then, I told her AGAIN that I would pay for it, I just needed it fixed. She stood there and said, "I don't know what to tell you." I told her that I would not pay another dime on it and then maybe I could get someone out there. She said, "Fine. We'll come pick it up." It was so obvious that they did not care about customers or trying to help. I was willing to work with them however I could, and they did not want to be inconveninced. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Not only do they not care, you have to sit around and wait for them to have a cigarette break before you can get any service. I have taken my business elsewhere and I encourage you to fo the same if you do not want to be screwed over.
