 + -1 moreWalked into Dr. Phone Fix about 6:40 PM to get them to replace my iPhone battery. The employee asks what I need, and I tell him my phone is completely dead and needs a new battery. He looks at me and says in a condescending way "You want that done tonight?", to which I reply "I don't know how long it takes to change a battery". He then looks at his watch and says "We close in like 20 minutes". I just said "Ok" and turned around and left. I heard him make a little half laugh smirk because I walked out the door. I'm would have been fine if he explained what it was he needed to do and why it would take a certain amount of time. I didn't expect him to stay there all night to help me. I haven't changed an iPhone battery before, but I know you have to know a little about what you are doing. I would have even been fine if he told me I would have to come back tomorrow due to the xyz reasons; however, his snarky attitude said all I needed to know about this place of business.
