I called customer service at Orlando Window Tint to get a quote and a bearded guy showed up (can't remember his name). He knew exactly what the issue was the moment he looked at the windows, explained to me what he will do to ensure that the peeling doesn't happen again, and gave me a quote to rip it all out and install new film, as well as a couple of vinyl cut door signs. He was VERY knowledgeable, and speedy.
We set up a date to do the job and they took care of it quickly. I was very impressed with the customer service. After I saw the job they did, I hired Orlando Window Tint to come tint the windows in my house with their clear 3M film. He also used a frosted privacy film on my front door, so nobody can see into the house from the street. It's only been a couple weeks, but I can already feel the difference. Great job, and one of the FEW tinting companies that has good customer service (trust me, I've called around).
This week, i'm taking my girlfriend's car to their office to get tinted. I'll write a review on that after I get it done.
When complete he reviewed his work with me and let me know the do's and dont's for the next few days. He also provided my certificate for life time warranty. The tint was perfectly applied. The cuts were exact and he lined it up so it looks like it came from the factory. It was impressive work.
This work was performed 2 1/2 years ago and the tint still is perfect. No bubbles, no peeling, no purple tint, nothing. It still looks fantastic. My other car, which was tinted before this car and at another location does not look as good. It has bubbles and is peeling, so it shows the difference in quality.
House tint:I recently had them come out to my house as I learned they do house tinting as well. Some of my windows face the sun in the middle of the day and the heat was high and I was worried about having the sun beam on my wood floors and cause discoloration. Matt again came out and gave me a quote for many windows in my house. He showed options for each window and prices for each. We also looked at options I didn't know existed like frost tint for the bathrooms. He gave me a discount for being a returning customer which I appreciated and got a quote established. We decided on the most crucial windows to do and set a date and time for installation.
The installer came on time and got right to work. He was complete about 1 1/2 hour later and with great results. I did my large sliding glass door and kitchen windows with a clear tint that reduces the amount of UV that comes through the window, however does not make the house darker. After installation, it is exactly as Matt had described. My house is not darker, but is cooler. He also did my office window which needed a mirror tint, and that worked out good as well.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the work performed.
