OUTSTANDING...... We plan to use Gembecki for preventative A/C and heating maintenance.

We like them, they are reliable, and seem to do a good job. The price is fair and the service is good.

Overall fairly well. Do charge more per service visit than other companies when came back to replace part in furnace.

House was hot when we returned from an evening out on Saturday night. No A/C and the compressor wasn't on so we used fans for the night. Called the next morning at 7:30. Was called back by service man within the hour. He explained that since it was Sunday there would be a extra charge for the weekend of $60 dollars for the service call or we could wait until Monday. We set up appointment for Sunday. He (Alan) actually arrived earlier than estimated and replaced capacitor in compressor. All was done within an hour and our house is cool again.

We were told we would not be disappointed if we used this company, and we were not. We will definitely use them in the future when/if the need arises.

What was supposed to take a day and a half, only took a day, because they were able to send out another man to help, so that was a plus. They laid down tarps on the stairs to control the mess, and they cleaned up after themselves. The three guys were very professional, clean and quiet. The sales rep., George, came out to make sure the guys were doing what he outlined on the work order. I was very impressed with this company.

I have been using them for years now. They are very good. They are very punctual as well when they have to come over. I think that we pay them the yearly fee for their maintenance but they come in twice a year to do the inspections.

I have never had any problems with their service. Their pricing is very competitive. They come out when I need them to and always show up on time. We have used their service many times in the past. They are very reliable and they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them.

Their pricing was comparable. They worked quickly and were very professional. They explained what they are doing and gave me a good run down of problems that might come up. I would recommend them to others.

THEY WERE GOOD. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE BASED ON OUR COMPARISON. THEY WERE QUICK TO COME AND CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. THEY TOOK MAYBE HALF A DAY.
