The first day of our vacation in August, we awoke to find a puddle of water in front of the fridge and a freezer full of melting food. Gabriel come within a couple of hours after we called, diagnosed the problem, and located a difficult to find part. The repair took several hours, but our refrigerator has been humming along since. Then the oven suddenly quite working the week before Christmas! Gabriel came the day after we called, and again located the part and made the repair. The oven has worked as good as new since. While he was there, he even fixed a built-in microwave that two other people had told us was unrepairable!

The bottom element in our oven burned out in a spectacular and smoky fashion. We thought we needed a new oven. Mr. Velilla was able to determine what the problem was and to give an estimate over the phone. He had appointments available the next day (on a Saturday!), and was able to get the necessary part for our elderly oven quickly. He was prompt, pleasant and we will call him again if any of our other appliances go flooey.

The ice cube maker in our refrigerator was not making ice cubes. We noticed the ice cube maker was leaking some water down into the ice cube tray and freezing into Small blocks of ice. Also the wire gadget that controls the on and off was not operating. We could not get this wire gadget to turn the ice cube maker off. So we turned the water valve to off that feeds water to the ice maker at the connection under the sink. The technician informed us that came to look at the situation that it would have discharged water into the catch pan and would have filled the catch pan with a large chunk of ice and turning the water off to the ice cube maker was a good idea. The technician informed us that the ice maker was bad. He replaced the ice maker in about 20 minutes. I had called A Thur Z in late morning. He answered the phone on the second ring. He indicated that he was in my area and would be there within the hour. He came within a half hour and diagnosed the problem. He was very courteous and professional. He cleaned up and told me it would start to make ice cubes in about a day. I was very pleased with this company. I did fail to get his name.

They were there on time, and they charged less than we thought they would. They did really great work. We would use them again in the future if needed.

He was a great guy. He was punctual and on time. He was professional and courteous. He cleaned up after himself. The price was the same as the estimate said it would be.

Got what we paid for. He came when he said he would and gave good advice after explaining the situation.

Oops! See above. He repaired a washing machine the first time, and a drier the second.

I would recommend this company very highly. They had a great tech come out and he was fantastic. He actually explained everything to us about why the dishwasher wasn't working and then he fixed it.

I called the company on Friday and told the owner what I needed. He said he could be at my home on the following Monday. He knew what was needed, and quoted me a price over the phone. I agreed to the time and price and stated that I work the night shift and asked if he could be there early so I could get to bed. He agreed to this. On Monday, he called for specific directions to my home, arrived exactly when he said he would, and repaired the dish washer quickly. I was very pleased with the service overall, and would certainly recommend him.

Gabriel arrived within the time frame he promised (actually a little earlier than expected!). He began to immediately diagnose the problem, explained and showed it to me, told me the price to repair, I authorized the work and he was done in a couple of hours. Gabriel responded very quickly Monday, since the appliance quit working Sunday night and knew there were perishables in the appliance. He seemed knowledgeable and someone I would recommend to others and use again myself.

When I called them he came right out the following day. Courteous, honest and the price was fair.

Gabriel was prompt and very accommodating when making an appointment so I didn't have to be too late for work. He was very pleasant and completed the job very quickly.

We had already called Sears, and had been told it would be 5 days before a service tech could see it. So I kept calling companies from Angie's list. When I told the person manning the phone at A to Z the circumstances (2 elderly invalids, both on oxygen, with medication that had to be refrigerated )he said they would get someone there that same day. Not only did the tech arrive within 3 hrs. of my call, Gabriel was very polite, quiet, clean, and fast. And he was also extremely competent. We highly recommend this company.

IT WAS OK. THEY DID NOT FIX MY STOVE. THEY TRIED AND IT DID NOT WORK. THEY KEPT HAVING TO COME BACK, AND THEN THEY JUST ENDED UP REPLACING MY STOVE. WHETHER THEY WERE GOOD OR NOT, I WAS STILL DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY COULD NOT JUST FIX IT.

WHEN CALLED COMPANY THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HAD NO PROBLEM WORKING AROUND MY WORK SCHEDULE AND WERE HERE EXACTLY WHEN ASK AND WAITED FOR ME TO GET HOME. FIXED APPLIANCE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
