The job basically started in late Dec. and was to be completed in early Jan. It was essentially done in Tropical Marines eyes. That was when I discovered that several posts were 6 inches shorter than others. Trim was not cut neat at all, and my lift did not work properly. It took 3 months to fix. Now, I just had to pay a different contractor to fix a problem that should have been fixed initially.
Six months after the job was done, I was served with a Notice of Lien because the owner of Tropical Marine (Francis Esquerre) did not pay for the lift from his supplier "Golden Lift"
Francis is not to be trusted. He lied to me on several occassions and is now being sued by Golden Lifts. Meanwhile, I now have a seven thousand dollar lien on my house. I paid for the job in full on Jan 4th.
Do NOT trust this man!!
