They are very good, they clean up after themselves and every thing went smoothly.

Initially we were promised an install date which did not happen. After discussion, we came to agreement on an alternate project finish date. The crew were are polite, professional, and worked hard. They did a good job with daily clean-up. We are very happy with the finished product, and would recommend them to others.

Troy arrived on time and was very pleasant. Crawled into attic and located leak right away. Explained what he was going to do and kept us informed. He was so good he did not break any of our concrete tiles. He was thorough and quick. Absolutely would want him to deal with any roof issues. Overall, Roman roofing was excellent Nick, Jeff and Troy. Entire process went extremely well. Roof damage from Hurricane Irma required total replacement. Called Roman Roof in February for estimate. They were very responsive, came and quoted fair price when others would not. Said at the time that due to Hurricane Irma backlog it would take 10 to 11 weeks to start. No deposit was asked for and work started as quoted in late May. It took one week from start to finish as quoted. Supervisor was always available if needed. Very courteous and professional . Highly recommended.

Great company with the core values everyone is looking for in a for-hire contractor and their Team members: honesty, high integrity, responsiveness, "doing what they say they will do", courteous and prompt...oh and very cost competitive as well! You can tell this is a company with great leadership and commitment to excellence and a company that has great respect for their customers. We have used Roman Roofing for both repairs on our previous home and now a new roof install within the past month on our current home. The efficiency of their entire process from old roof tear-off, to roof repair and prep to the final re-roofing process was done like clock work and with high quality workmanship and attention to detail. Most impressive to me, because I am a business owner as well, was when they said the roof tear-off would take 3 days...it took 3 days, when they said the roof re-pair and prep would take 3 days...it took 3 days, when they said the shingles would be delivered on Thursday...they were delivered on Thursday, etc, etc.! If you are considering replacing your current roof or you need repairs on your roof, save yourself the process of trying to find the "right guys for your job" and give Roman Roofing a call - you will not believe the experience you will have with them!

It went very smoothly! I was hearing so many horror stories because of the hurricane, but Roman was wonderful! Good communication. They showed up when scheduled. Clean up was done every day. Very professional.

Very well, above my expectations. They arrived every day on time and worked until dark. All workers were professional and courteous. Any minor mods I requested, were always addressed as I asked for. Each day upon leaving all debris was cleared away. Almost no related collateral damage to anything. Definitely would recommend....all aspects of new roof are great!

Called and asked for a quote. Ralph Chinny (sp?) with Roman Roofing called me back 10/16/17 and gave me nothing but incorrect information about the product ge said THEY use (Gulf Coast metal) for metal roofing. I had called the manufacturer of the product they use the day before so I knew the warrantee specifics (40 years for painted metal if located on fresh water away from ocean.) I told Ralph with Roman Roofing I wanted a metal roof with materials from Gulf Coast Metal. He said that is who they use as their supplier for metal roofing material. He proceeded to tell me there would only be 5 year warrantee on their workmanship (other companies give 10) and no warranty on the product because I lived on a brackish water canal. How in the world does he know what is in my canal and how does he know more than the City of Cape CoraL who say it is FRESH water and 4 miles from the ocean? Total nonsense came out of his mouth. It was like he was trying NOT to sell me a metal roof. So I told him I knew the warrantee and I knew that 29 gauge metal is against code in this area, and that I knew about the warranty, etc...and that the sales department manager with Gulf Coast metal had already given me all the info on their metal roofing products. He said he would definitely be calling Gulf Coast and ask them why they gave him incorrect information. What? How absurd. Never heard back from this wizard. Gulf Coast Metal in Central FL will tell you all you need to know about metal roofing, but NOT Roman Roofing.

If you are looking for reputable roof repair company I would suggest you stay clear of Roman Roofing. I paid close to $30k to have a new roof put on my house and it has leaked ever since( 3 leaks in 4 months) I had a major leak prior to the hurricane that they fixed (replaced a section of my roof) and said they would come back after the hurricane to repair my ceilings and walls. Today they informed me that they will not. They say it's now my fault for being away and they can't be responsible for the repairs even though their dry wall guy called me 3 weeks ago to come fix it but I was out of town on business. Very disappointing and completely unfair.

very well workers were on-time courteous, respectful. The dumpster was brought in the day before the roof was to be ripped off and removed the next day. New material was brought in the day before the installation and put onto the roof so matter was there and ready the next day whe the workers arrived.

None, they called but did not show up

Excellently! They were not the lowest bid, but adjusted the price to gain my business. They've been very responsive to my needs and follow-up. When the project started, it went fast. A big crew who knew what to do. When a small problem arose months later, they were there at the house almost immediately to take care of it. We've had zero problems since.

I first went by their office, an employee took note of my problem and within the same day someone called back. An estimate was provided, which included photos of the problem. Roof was fixed timely and work was reasonably priced. Main thing with roofers: trust. Roman Roofing is one you can trust.

I called three roofers (independent and corporate) and none of the other companies called back. Roman Roofers not only answered the phone when I originally called, but their estimator called me back within a reasonable time frame. They showed up as expected for the estimate and had us on their schedule in no time. Workers were very polite and considerate, showed up first thing in the morning, and were complete by mid-afternoon. They also cleaned up after themselves very well.

Went very well. Alex the company rep came to my house and inspected the roof. He was very polite and I got no pressure or scare tactics from him. Got a very good estimate and confirmed that I would like to go ahead with the project. They called sooner then expected and sent a two man crew to do the work. I watched the two guys do their work and while I am not a roofing expert by any stretch I knew right away that the mechanic knew his stuff. The job took about 4 hours and looks like they had never been on the roof. Good job guys. Will use you without hesitation in the future.

Excellent job. The workers were wonderful. Very professional and they always cleaned up each night. We interviewed 6 companies, but chose Roman Roofing because of the reviews on Angie's list. They really did a great job for us.

Roman Roofing employees were knowledgeable, punctual, and polite. They showed me the work that needed to be done and the design failures created by the previous roofer that caused my problems. They allowed me to take pictures and gave me information vital to my lawsuit against CRI. The kindness, support and quality of workmanship by Ralph and Chris proved the integrity of this company.
