Dave Markowsky has been our go to Handyman for several .years. He has done high quality, timely work for us at our Whisky Creek home on small jobs and large projects. He is honest, professional and very responsive. He never cuts corners and his charges have been reasonable. We used Dave and his Repair King Construction company to secure the house prior to Irma and to get the house back to good order following the hurricane. Dave and his crew (including Keith) could not have been more responsive and professional. He performed a series of tasks; including moving all of the furniture and decorations from the lanai into the house, closing the storm shutters around the house, opening the shutters soon after the storm passed and doing some necessary repair work to the property. The price was very reasonable and he showed real care in his work. The level of customer service was exceptional. We recommend him strongly for those looking for a reliable, highly competent and friendly handyman.

Rapid response

The project coat was much more expensive than originally quoted.

There was 2 men one worked while the owner sat in his truck or talked with me. I was charged 375.00 for 3 screens to be replaced. When the job was done he charged me 425.00 instead. never have them again.
