"Thanks for taking the time to review us on Angie's List! We appreciate your business!"
- Patrick was great. He was prompt and very efficient! When he got the critter out, he poured ammonia in the hole to help dissolve the leftovers and veil the stench. Then he cleaned up the area and shoveled the dirt back into place. He was very informative on ways to prevent this from happening again.
- Thanks again Patrick. Will hopefully not need you again, but know who to call if I do.
"Thanks for your review! We are so glad Patrick was able to come out right away and get rid of the dead opossum. That is definitely not a smell you want around your pool area!"

It went great. He crawled under the house and found the offender, He removed it quickly and cleaned up the area.
"No one wants to smell a dead animal through a long weekend! We're glad we could help and thanks for letting others know about our services."
Over the next two weeks we trapped a total of 7 adult opossums and 8 babies. Patrick tells me that one of the adults he trapped was a mother with 4 attached babies, making a total of 19 opossums removed from our yard. The trapping period extended over Easter Sunday. Patrick made a stop by our house that day to remove trapped animals and reset the traps. On the last day of the contract we trapped baby number 8. We were not home when Patrick stopped by to pick up that animal and remove the other trap. I called him to question whether or not we needed to continue trapping, since we were still catching babies. Patrick told me that there had been untouched bait outside the trap and untouched bait in the adult trap, so he was confident that he had trapped all the babies. To put my mind at ease he came back and left a baited trap (baby size) for an additional 4 days, but we didn't trap any more babies.

"Thank you for your business and your review. We really appreciate you sharing with Angie's List your experiences with our company."
What you did not read above is the time Patrick took from start to finish. He must have visited our house 6 or 7 times over the course of three weeks when we thought we heard movement in the attic. He was always punctual, sent him a text and he was there in a couple hours, even responded to texts at night. Not only did he set traps, but he helped me fill in every hole on our flat roof under the barrel tile with expansion foam, and even helped me hang a remote garage door opener! Patrick is courteous, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with. Trust me when I say Patrick is the only wildlife removal professional you need to call. Best $295 we have spent in years!

"We feel the member has Professional Wildlife Removal confused with another company. We have no record of the member or address in our database. We do not charge anywhere near the prices referenced by the member for that type of work performed. We are sorry the member felt like he was overcharged by another company and would hope he will contact us in the future for excellent service and fair pricing."

"I was contacted by the member on 12/14/12 with questions about attic restoration as he was quoted many thousands of dollars by several other companies. I came to his property on 12/15/12 and did a full inspection of his attic and the exterior of his home. I gave him a full report of what needed to be done and also showed him photos of shoddy work that was done by a handyman. I spend 1.5 hours on the inspection (including baiting traps that were neglected by his exterminator) and .5 hours speaking with him over the phone giving him advice on how to solve his rodent issue. I provided him with a quote on attic restoration on 12/15/12. I did not charge him for the inspection or phone time providing advice, this is a service for which I charge $150.00. I was contacted on 12/17/12 by the member who did not agree to have the attic restored but was instead wanted a list of items provided by me before he would agree to anything. I contacted the member in writing on 12/18/12 to let him know that I was revoking my attic restoration quotation which was not agreed upon at that point and would not be charging him for the 2 hours spent on this issue due to difficulty in scheduling. Again, I stress that I was not paid one cent for the time put into this. The member then began leaving messages on my cell phone and email expressing his "disappointment" and wanting a recommendation for another company to do the work. I let him know in writing that I apologized for not being able to have scheduling availability (although there was no agreement to the work) and had no recommendations for him. His response: writing a negative review on Angie's List. My company always strives to provide the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in Wildlife Removal and we have a list of SEVERAL HUNDRED former clients who attest to that at any time."
