The technician (Adam) was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Adam explained the entire process that had to be completed and wasted no time in completing the job. I would highly recommend Next Plumbing and Adam for any plumbing needs.

This company lied weasel their way to get a diagnostic fee. All I wanted was a quote for changing out my well pump their plumber lied and diagnosed only one issue when there was a couple only check two things and then their manager Nicholas was rude and spoke for me and said I wasn’t gonna pay him. I’m gonna sue you ended up taking me to court when I paid him his diagnostic fee do not use this company. They are the worst. They mistreat their US Army veterans lie and abuse the freedoms veterans fight for to scam their customers even the Lee county sheriffs they called me to serve me papers told me they were the worst company.

My technician was Doug. He was quick and efficient. My shower now drains as it should. If you’re looking for a professional to solve any plumbing issues you’re having then this is the company I’d recommend. Thank you Doug for your expertise.

On Saturday evening 11/4/23 I notice our home toilets were both backed up, and other drains in the house slow to drain. I searched the net and found on Angie List the listing for NEXT PLUMBING 24/7. Called them 9:30 PM. They answered and advised they were on a call-out and would it be OK to come to the house Sunday morning, I agreed because the toilet & drains were slowly draining. 8:30 AM Sunday morning received a call from OWEN he is on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes and diagnosed the issue. OWEN explained thoroughly the work he performed. He was professional and very pleasant. I will definitely call NEXT PLUMBING again and request OWEN when a plumbing problem occurs.

Billy and Matthew were great. They arrived on time and address the problem quickly. My kitchen sink was clogged and at first they disconnected the waste lines below to see if the clog was there. They ended up having to run a cable farther down because the clog was about 20 feet down. They were able to clear it and they cleaned up there workspace and left a cleaner of them when they arrived. Thanks again next plumbing.

Company got me a technician right away to fix the water leaking from toilet handle. Alex arrived on time and explained the problem (which matched to what I found on youtube). In addition, he replaced my leaky faucet so I didn't have to make another call about that. Great service and great communication.

Knowledgeable, courteous, and reasonable

We had to have some fixtures replaced on out bathroom and kitchen sinks due to insurance, and they came out quickly and got the job done fast. They were professional and cleaned up after, I was very happy with the job done!

Very bad establishment. Unprofessional and they take advantage of the elderly. They did not finish the work they were paid to do. When we contacted them to come back out and finish, they requested more money, although they charged way over the quoted price. Run from this establishment!

I'm generally a hard grader but was very pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to hire again or recommend them. They were honest, thoughtful, explained everything in great detail and followed up and took responsibility when things weren't right initially. I called on a Saturday afternoon during high season and they were able to send out a tech in a few hours for their standard non-emergency charge (pleasantly surprised). Chris T, the tech was personable and responsible. After quickly identifying the issue (fill valve) he quickly made the repairs. Unfortunately after he left the toilet began to run intermitetly (once every 10-15 minutes for only a second or two). This was a new issue, but the toilet was still running. I called back to the office on Monday afternoon and scheduled a service call for Tuesday. Chris came back, identified the issue as a old/faulty flush valve. He also apologized for not doing further diagnostics on the original call. Before he did the work we agreed on the price for the part. I was not charged for him to come out, nor was I charged for his time. Just for the part. Changing out the flush valve is fairly involved including removing the entire tank from the toilet. To make a long story short we ended up needing a genuine Kohler part (more expensive) which he had to source. I was not charged for the difference in price. The bottom line was Chris / Next Plumbing were honest. They made things right at no charge to me. The whole operation from the reservation to the repair were very professional. I have had some bad experiences with other service providers and found Next Plumbing to be a refreshing change. Highly recommended.

We were once again very pleased with the work performed by NEXT plumbing. We have used them several times before. This time our technician was Chris T. He arrived right on time and very quickly analyzed the problem, gave us a quote and went right to work. Chris was very friendly, courteous and efficient. He explained the details of what he would be doing and also explained the company's customer protection plan options. We decided to add a plan and feel it will be a very good maintenance and cost saving plan in the future. We highly recommend NEXT plumbing!

Everything went extremely well both times I hired Next Plumbing. Their master plumber Art is a great guy and has always been extremely honest and helpful. They've done several things such as replacing a water heater, replacing all toilets, replacing angel stops and faucet aerators and even hyperchlorinating our plumbing lines.

Excellent as always. I had signed for one of their protection plans (which I highly recommend) and had my 6 mo. inspection done. Every time I have a serviceman do some work, I always learn something new. All the work/service that they have done for me over the last 4 yrs since we moved to Fl. have been has been excellent, professional & reasonable in cost. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs plumbing work done. Tony was the last technician to do service at my home and I can't say enough good things about him.
