Lonnie Sims the technician that came out to fix my water heater, was knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to determine that the entire heater would not need to be replaced and made recommendations on how to improve performance of the water heater.

They called me back within a few minutes, and said they would send someone right out. At around 1:30 am 4/19/15 (Sunday) Ariel Martinez called me on the phone and said he was in front of my house. He looked the situation over and said it was no problem to fix. Ariel was very professional, and very knowledgeable about the situation. Ariel completed the job, and had me look it over, and it looked to me that he did a great job. He also said it was guaranteed for 1 year. I was very pleased by the work, the price (considering it was a weekend and the middle of the night) and the promptness of service. I would highly recommend Next Plumbing, and would also highly recommend Ariel.

I had a problem with a clogged commode in the 2nd bathroom in my home. I went to Angie?s List for a plumber in my area. I selected NEXT PLUMBING from the list and called to set up an appointment the following day. The office staff at NEXT are very efficient, polite and called me about a half prior to the technician? arrival at my house. Amanda who setup the appointment and kept me informed the following day is a credit to NEXT. Lonnie, the plumbing technician, quickly diagnosed the problem as a blockage between the commode and the main drain line. Lonnie removed the blockage and inspected the drainage pipe out to the city line with his video equipment. I also had a dripping faucet in the vanity in this bathroom and Lonnie replaced both of the faucet cartilages. Lonnie also gave me some advice on a few plumbing issues I have in my house. He is very considerate, friendly and is certainly knows his business. I will be a NEXT customer the ?next? time I have a plumbing problem?.

My sink was not draining and it was not the trap. I had a 20 foot hand auger and did not hit anything and feared the worst. I called Saturday night and they came out Sunday morning. I received a call from their office explaining that the plumber was running late but on his way. The plumber showed up just a few minutes after the call and he was awesome. He listened to what I had done, snaked the sewer drain and pulled out a very large frog. He even noticed that the sink drain was loose and just beginning to leak. He showed me that the drain was a cheap plastic one and that I should replace it. Later that day I replaced the drain and found it had broken probably when it was installed.Thanks Ariel!! I am glad he caught it before it damaged my cabinet. 1. Prompt customer service 2. Sunday service call 3. Called to notify me plumber running late 4. owner called and spoke with me about the problem 5. Plumber arrived when they told me he would 6. Plumber did a great job, fixed the problem, cleaned up afterward, and kept me informed 7. Plumbing is always expensive but I thought the price was reasonable for this service 8. Plumber found another problem that could have caused damage to my cabinet by leaking I would use them again.

Called Next Plumbing with a bathroom emergency, on a Saturday. Phone was answered quickly. Mr. Lonnie Sims (certified plumber) came to my home within two hours of my call, as promised. Service was very friendly and he solved the issue quickly. Great service. Will use them again without hesitation.

Very well. Service required 2 visits because I had to purchase faucet and shower head.

I called them for the first leak and they waited for me in the driveway. They called me on a 800 number but I didn't answer. I ended up calling a leak detection company because there was no water showing above ground. With the They came out quickly. He looked at the leak and told him about the same leak at another rental. He said it would be $1100 and my husband said no way. I heard him talking to the office lady on the phone and she said to make sure to get the $68 service charge if they didn't do the job. Before he even knew what was wrong he gave me that price. I agreed to $900 not knowing what the job was. He wrote down everything that he was going to do and sign my name. I had to ask for the paper 3 times so my tenant could take it to the city. They faxed me the bill and it wasn't the original paper that I had signed and what he was going to do. He said it was an all day job. He started at 10:30 and he to leave at 1:30 for an emergency appointment. He was done fixing the leak. He came back at 6:00 at night to cement it in. He left it uncovered for at least 4 hours. He was only there for half an hour to cement it in. He was professional and knew what he was doing.

They were here and fixed the toilet it took about 5-10 minutes and they charged me $168

They were great. He did a very good job and on a timely basis.

They did a good job fixing our sink. The company sent one very good plumber and it only took him a couple of hours to do the work. Their price was fair.

Vendor Next pluming did not contact me within the time specified in the order agreement. Update: They contacted me on Friday 3/6 and told me they received the notification from Angie's List just the day before. The person I spoke with was very courteous and professional. I scheduled an appointment for Monday... More to come! Well, the drip turned into Niagara Falls and made the call to Next Plumbing hoping to get someone out NOW! Was expecting a voice mail and wait but got a real person who took care of me and is sending on of 8 plumbers on call out to fix my shower.

They were great! I had a very high end faucet in the kitchen that was broken and the parts were going to be very expensive but they purchased a better faucet for me.

They were punctual, professional, and installed the hot water heater, gave me directions on how to drain it from time to time. They also did a whole house flush to get sediment out of the pipes. Everything has worked well since. Their price was fair, exactly as quoted. A friend who lives in the neighborhood was impressed with their service and professionalism and called them to replace her in-sink disposal unit as well. I would definitely call them for any plumbing needs again.

As a family man, having a guy in my home with my wife and kids, that I don't know, usually makes me nervous. I have lots of confidence with the guys at Next. They were professional and clean enough that my wife didn't have to clean up after them. The guy even made my kids comfortable and was playing peek-a-boo with my son. They were able to explain things to my wife in a way she could understand and even called me so I was on the same page. That's a lot nicer than trying to play telephone with my wife later. It was obvious that they were honest and not just trying to get money out of us. They admitted that our water heater had a couple more years but we just wanted to get it done and they respected our decision. Most places will lie to you just for a sale, but not them. I will definitely use them in the future and make sure my friends and family keep their number handy. Ya'll keep up the great work.

He was very courteous and prompt on time as scheduled. Was very respectful of my home and wore these little shoes socks to keep my floors clean.I have had a lot of service people do work for me in the past, the work that was performed by the plumber was very top notch and professional looking. After the job was complete he cleaned his work area and it actually looked better and more clean when he was done that before he started. I am very impressed. The estimate they gave me was exactly in line with the final cost of the work that needed to be done. there were no surprises. I would highly recommend their company to everyone that I know as they were honest professional and trustworthy. I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs I might have.

They called to let me know when on their way, they were friendly and explained in detail what they would be doing. They gave me a price up front and were tidy and efficient. I was very impressed. Scott was awesome. Thank you Next Plumbing.

He originally quoted me 69 dollars for the visit and 65 per hour after that. But, once the job was done, he way overcharged me. He actually worked for four hours, but he charged me $900. When I refused to pay, he threatened me and my tenants. I am filing a restraining order.

Contacted via email on Wednesday night. Responded first thing on Thursday and installed the new hot water heater the same day with no additional cost. Was very professional and knowledgable.

Went very well. He knew what it was and fixed it. Very nice and professional.
