My AC unit was down, I called Mr Cool about an error message I received on my thermostat. The office wasn't sure when a tech could get here however service tech Kevin arrived within the hour. Kevin checked the unit out and and determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced. Kevin was able to find the motor locally, he removed the motor and cleaned the unit thoroughly prior to picking up the motor. Kevin was very knowledgeable and thorough, Thank you Kevin.

We have been a customer of Mr. Cool's for sometime. They replaced our air conditioning unit 3 or 4 years ago and we have a regular maintenance contract. Over the last month, our Heater didn't work and they were great when we called. They sent a tech out and he had to order a part, but he fixed the heat blower so it would work until they received the part. The part came in earlier than expected - great news and replaced. They are priced at a reasonable rate for service and parts and their techs are truly knowledgable. In addition, they offer a maintenance program that we have had for a couple of years and they visit every 6 months and do a great job on checking out the system. Multiple points review. Today we had Chris out as our maintenance check and he went above and beyond checking and cleaning everything! Very impressed! In this weather whether hot or cold I've always been very thankful we have found such a dependable, honest and professional company.

The first was a very quick response on a hot summer day while we had house guests. The second was an on-time response. Unfortunately, the second repair required a recall as the fan was not set at the proper height on the motor shaft causing excessive noise. All repair technicians were friendly and competent. Phone support was good and responsive. I thought that the parts prices were excessive but probably typical for this area.

He was very nice, prompt and did everything to make sure I was satisfied with the work and the price. Came back two days in a row because the first day the motor was too hot to work with and he was hoping that it would start when cooled down. Unfortunately it was too far gone and had to be replaced. I was very pleased with his work.

Used regularly for mom's, sister's and my A/C maintenance and unit replacement. Very professional ... attention to detail ... considerable time spent to do the job right ... answered questions ... DID NOT try to up-sell additional equipment or services like some other well-known companies (please Google before you select an A/C service company).

We interviewed 4 local AC companies- Mr. Cool being recommended by a neighbor. Bud came out as scheduled and spent a good deal of time with us to gather the information needed. He did a good job with making some recommendations the others had not suggested. In the end Mr. Cool's proposal was not the cheapest but the one we felt best about. The install team arrived as scheduled and spent the entire day completing the work. Two additional things- they followed up with us to be sure we were satisfied. 2 of the 4 companies never made any contact after the first meeting. Looking forward to a long and professional relationship with Mr. Cool.

Jeff, owner of Mr Cool, was honest and upfront with his advice and estimate. He told me what I needed, explained his recommendations, and was realistic in what my options were with regard to the HRU . No BS or "techno-speak" , which was not the case in dealing with other estimates. His price was very competitive, and when some problems arose with the water heater integrated in the system, he did not hesitate to fix them... and did NOT look to add to my bill. He just told me not to worry about them, and had them taken care of. I spoke with him on a Friday, gave him the job on Saturday,and he had a crew at my house on Tuesday morning. The crew he sent for the installation was great. I was impressed with their skill, work ethic, and even their inter-action among themselves. It appeared to me that, besides being good at what they do, they enjoyed doing it! All in all, I am well pleased with Mr Cool.

Several owners in our condo complex had used Mr. Cool for replacement or repair of their air conditioning units. They highly recommended Mr. Cool. On April 11th, 2017,  Mr. Cool replaced our 18 year old AC/Heating unit. Replaced it with a 2 1/2 Ton Seer Rheem System. The two technicians that did the installation were very knowledgeable and polite and did a great job. They also did a good job of cleanup. I would strongly recommend Mr. Cool for any of your air conditioning or heating needs.

They actually installed the air conditioning system in the house originally, so we just utilized the service that the original owners of the home used.  

They came out and they did the work and we thought their price was reasonable.

Very good and very informative. They were very good about certain things that we need to do for the unit so they were really nice just very informative about the air conditioning system overall. Things that we can do to keep it in good order which they didn't have to tell us about.

Mr. Cool came out the same day I called with the down unit on Sat. 10/8.  The technician, Brett came to my home promptly within approximately an hour to hour and a half from my call. He assessed the problem with my AC unit and explained all my options and the costs involved to fix vs. replace my unit with an Energy efficient AC system. He did not pressure me in anyway, he wanted me to decide what would be the best option for me. I came to the realization that although my 23 year old system served me well, it was only as strong as its weakest link and the costs involved in the long run of fixing problems here and there would prove more costly in the long run vs. purchasing a new unit that would save me money on my energy costs and therefore help pay for itself in a matter of time. After I decided what I wanted, Brett contacted the owner Jeff and they coordinated the replacement for Tuesday the 11th of Oct.  Brett brought me a portable AC unit to use until my new system was installed on the 11th. On Monday the 10th I was in touch with Mr. Cool's office and spoke with Michelle. She was very courteous and she along with Melissa, the office manager and wife of the owner helped me to secure 6 month, same as cash financing. Both Michelle and Melissa were on top of all the paperwork involved, i.e. Permitting ,financing, etc. On Tuesday the 11th, the Mr. Cool "Dream Team" came to my home and they were Nick and Dave. They jumped right in and worked so well together. They dismantled my old worn out unit and began the process of installing my new unit. That process is very involved, I had no clue. For the air handler inside my house, Nick completely reconstructed the housing that the air handler was placed. My house was built in 1956 and the housing for the air handler was put in an old furnace closet in the hallway by the original AC company 23 years before. The "other" AC company who placed the original air handler crudely constructed the housing for my old unit. It was difficult for me to get to the old air conditioner filter out and again was crudely constructed. HOWEVER, Jeff the owner and Nick discussed the housing because Brett the 1st technician had taken pictures so that they would be sure it was done right when Mr. Cool came to do the job. Nick was very thorough and exacting in all details of constructing the new housing and installation of the air handler. Dave also helped inside in addition to both he and Nick tackling the installation of the outside unit. They installed my beautiful, new Rheem 16 Seer unit outside. They worked seamlessly, I truly mean they were a "Dream Team." They both were extremely courteous and respectful to me and my home and are very hard workers. You could tell their work ethic was top notch and that they wanted to do their very best for me and I truly appreciated that. Again, I had no clue the amount of work involved in the installation.  Nick and Dave cleaned everything after they were done and I now have a wonderful new air condition system.  I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with every aspect of my experience with the entire company, Mr. Cool. It is so nice to work with an outstanding company like this and I know it starts from the top with the owner, Jeff who I can see has very high standards in not only the products he uses but also in the people he employs. The entire company made what can be a scary and unnerving experience into one that I can truly and honestly say was a very good experience. costs totaling $180.00, but was told they would have to come back out to replace the inner copper coil.  Since I live out of town they e-mailed me a quote to make the repair of $580.00 but discounted it to $300.00 and was told the job would take 4-5 hours.  The office coordinated the work with my property manager and told him they would be there between 8-10 but showed up at 11:00.  When my property manager told me the work only took 2.5 hours I called to inquire if the cost would be reduced since it took almost half the time they had anticipated.  I was told by the receptionist that she would have to check and than received an e-mail from the company detailing how they got to the $300 number (first quote wasn't broke out the same way).  I called the company to ask about some of the line items that didn't make sense to me.  I barely got my first question out when I was cut off by the owner's wife (who answered the phone) and told how "ungrateful" I was.  She continued to ream me up one side and down the other.  I can't tell you how surprised I was at her unprofessionalism over just an inquiry as I fully intended to pay the bill regardless of whether they reduced it or not.  I tried to get a word in but it was difficult over the ranting and threatening to VOID MY WARRANTY if I didn't pay.  I am truly baffled at someone acting this way to a customer.  I honestly don't have any issues with the service of the techs, nor the pricing.  However, no one should be verbally abused like I was, it was really uncalled for.  Perhaps she thought because I asked the question that I wasn't going to pay my bill?  That would never happen.  The only thing that did happen was that they have lost a customer.
