My boyfriend and I live in an old house which can be a problem because he likes to keep it so cold all the time. The central AC doesn't have access in every room so we have a mini split system for our room that has leaked many times over the months and the air would not get nearly as cold as the settings stated (we try to keep it at 65). We had an independent contractor coming out for months that sold us on the unit and kept fixing it for a fixed price just for us to have issues sometimes only a few days later. We were referred by another company to Gulf Water and they can depend on us now as devoted customers. Our independent contractor kept working on the AC from the inside and never even looked at what might be causing our problems from outside. When Adam came out he identified the right problem very quickly and fixed it in no time. It has been about a month now and we haven't had any issues. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely glad I gave them the jobs. Since day 1 they have provided excellent customer service, and they really do care about the customer. They give you their opinion straight and don't try to sell you on anything you don't actually need. Very professional work ethic that definitely shows when they meet their deadlines and actually show up when they say they will. They will be receiving all of my future business down the road .

So I bought a new house, not brand new, but new to me, and no sooner was I moved in, than my air conditioner stopped cooling and died. So being new to the area I began the hunt for a service company to assess and tell me the damages. I had 3 companies quote me various prices and suggestions. I chose Gulf Water Air Conditioning & Heating because Jeff, the technician was very personable & punctual and explained every step of the evaluation process with me as he went along, He was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand what small things I could do to keep my new system running in tip top shape. The price he quoted seemed reasonably and I didn't feel he was out to cheat me. He included a  2 year maintenance agreement as well so now I don't have to worry so much as to remembering everything he told me.
