"82 A's and 3 F's....2 of which are from you and your wife. The wrong grout wasn't applied. It was the one your wife selected. At no charge, I applied a sealant and grout colorant to appease your her.....whom was asking for money off the since the first day we started. Your job is absolutely perfect, and was completed 4 days ahead of schedule. You and your friends have now left over 10 reviews......customers are smart enough to take into consideration the real ones. Your warranties are void, because you didn't pay your invoice in full and your wife was belligerent to my installers, my staff, and me. Our reputation speaks for itself. Have a nice day."
"A direct quote from [Member Name Removed] (the better half)....."My Wife and I love our new tile. Thank you for taking care of her issues so quickly. I'm sorry for the way she overreacted. We had an issue with a contractor in past." We shook hands and had a laugh. Not all installations go as smoothly as I would like them to. Within 24 hours, I had every single item taken care of on her "List of Demands" that she emailed me. I'm not kidding, that's what she called them. Additionally, I recolored her grout (she didn't like the one she picked), and I also sealed the entire floor at no charge. And to make sure that they were happy customers, I took $500 off their final bill. She had asked repeatedly since the job started, that "there better be an adjustment made." on her bill. I was expecting all A's on this review. In the end, [Member Name Removed] was absolutely floored (pun intended) at how quickly, efficiently, and perfect we made her new floors look. 4 DAYS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!!! You can judge any contractor by how he handles difficult situations. [Member Name Removed], was the most unfriendly, demanding, and difficult human being that I have ever encountered. In the end, we did what is right.....and we did it timely and perfectly."

"Not every job goes as planned. The tile installer is extremely experienced. However, this particular 48" long tile was a little more difficult to set, given the waviness of the substrate. We replaced all the tiles that the customer wanted replaced. When it became apparent that nothing is going to make your wife happy (they were upset at every single subcontractor on the job)......we offered a steep discount. We feel that this was what the owners were gunning for from the beginning. We have an impeccable record on Angie's List.....4 year in a row Super Service Award winner. We try our best to make each and every install go smoothly. Sometimes you get a customer that can never be satisfied. :("
