"Please feel free to look at our hundred plus a reviews to see and hear about the work we really do. I do not claim to be perfect but I definitely try my best to please each and every one of my clients to the fullest as you could see in my other reviews . I responded to every phone call the customer sent out to me. I told him I would come by to clean up .the job was done right there was just some grout on the wall where the new baseboard would have covered and a couple handprints here in there that wipe right off with the sponge. The company's financial situation really has nothing to do with this review I'm not sure where that statement even came from we have been going strong for over 15 years now that should say enough. As far as the tile work goes and the grout when you have an inch of mud on your floor it is normal to have settling in the grout Which I told him I would come and fix. At the end of the job I told him to do a walk-through and make sure he was happy with everything before he paid me.he did so I don’t know what else to say besides I answered every call and I was there to make it right either way. After a handful of late night phone calls From theHome owner that weren’t too pleasant I figured there was nothing else I could do at that point. I told him I would personally come by and fix any issues that he has and he said no do not worry about it I will do it myself . I did everything I could do to rectify the problem. If any potential clients would like to see work or speak with any of my previous clients I have plenty that will do so."
