Future customers should be aware of the kind of company DMYTRO PATIUTKA owns. I hired him on or around July 15 2017 to upgrade the kitchen and the living area with new flooring. He started working on the 18th. He took his father with him (this person wears not shirt and smells; I am under the impression that he does not use deodorant). After only a couple of hours, Patiutka disappeared to return after a while. I didn’t comment on this, but it bothered me. Also, this kind of behavior should raise a red flag to those who are going to hire him. He completed the title installation a few days later. As I trusted him, I paid him without checking the finished job. Unfortunately, we found that the way he installed the new baseboards was disastrous: he didn’t seal them. Furthermore, he assured me that he was going to clean the floor, and he didn’t happen, as when he left, the floor was still extremely dusty and an excess of grout was present. As many other houses in Cape Coral, our front yard is decorated with stones. Somehow, Patiutka and his father managed to leave so much thin-set mortar among the stones that it took us a day or so to refresh our landscape. In addition to this, the floor is not all leveled, especially in the living room. But this is not all. Here it comes the most upsetting side of our unfortunate story. A couple of weeks after the tiles were installed, we experienced a problem with the air conditioning. One local company came to check on our unit and it found out that the coil was plugged due to the dust produced by the resent construction work. The estimate to clean the coil resulted to be $980. I called Patiutka to see if we could work together on this. Though very angrily, he eventually, agreed to give me a refund of $400. He told me that he would have given me cash or a check by the next day (August 16), but he never showed up or replied to my texts again. At this point, I lost more than $1000 to hire this person. So please, think twice before you call him. again, this person likes to argue with you. I just posted this same review on Thumbtack, and he replied keeping on arguing with me, telling other lies. I hope the pictures I'm posting show the disastrous job this company did.

The house was built in 1942 and we did tile floors that looked like wood. Because of the age of the house there were issues, but Daynco was able to make suggestions and save me money. He is not the cheapest but he is the best and very fair pricing. My expectations are to do the job right the first time and not having to pay someone to correct bad work. He does it right the first time and save me money.
