Great experience from start to finish. Randy responded to my inquiry within an hour and arrived next day to view our pool. The pool finish was probably eighteen years old and was deteriorated and needing remodeling. Randy listened to what we were looking to do and offered options on finish, trim and decorative mosaic and provided a proposal while there. The price was very competitive compared to other proposals we received but most important it included what we wanted. We gave Randy the go ahead with two important conditions - finished by a date certain as we had family coming to visit and remove and reinstall an existing waterfall feature. Randy made a promise on both and kept his promise. Four working days from start to finish and the pool was completed by Coastals very professional and skilled craftsmen. The result was a pool remodel that exceeded even our lofty expectations - it is stunning! Would highly recommend.

I met with Randy the owner of the company the following day of my inquiry. He was prompt, knowledgeable of my pool and very patient with my selection of tile. It is not often when you hire a contractor that they do exactly what they say they are going to do. However, Randy did exactly what he said he was going to do and in the exact timeframe he said he would do it. His staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and experienced with pool renovations. I have already recommended Coastal Pools to several of my friends. I couldn t be happier with the outcome of our pool renovation. A rare experience for Florida. He returned all calls and did exactly what he promised and when he promised. In just over a week from start to finish. Every day the next crew would show up, do their job and put garbage out front. The day after they finished another truck pulled up and removed all the garbage. The pool looks great!

Randy's team refinished our pool, installed a beautiful travertine patio, reset the cage and installed a new heater, all aspects went without any problems or delays.

Pool resurfacing review 4.5 stars. Randy, the owner of Coastal Pools, handled everything in a most professional manner. He called me within an hour of my HomeAdvisor inquiry and scheduled a time to personally come out to the house and give us an estimate. His price was fair and his payment terms reasonable. Work began when he said it would and was completed within the time frame promised. We did experience a minor problem at the end of the project, however, one that at first appeared potentially serious. I called Randy on his personal cell around 6:00 PM to alert him of it and he had his team out to the house by sunrise the following morning to address the issue and make it right. Kudos, Randy, for your excellent customer service. So why 4.5 stars and not 5? Well, there was one other glitch that I think is worth mentioning. Pools generally need resurfacing because they are old. In many cases, I suppose, those pools have never had their pool light replaced. My light was old but working before the job began. After the job, the light no longer worked. It is likely the tired old bulb was worn thin and ready to burn-out anyway. It was original. Getting jostled about with the lamp removal and re-installation was probably enough to finish it off. That is not necessarily Coastal fault; I understand that, but I feel they missed an opportunity to enhance their already great customer service by not offering an option in their quote to replace the old energy hog incandescent bulb with a modern low-wattage LED while they had the pool drained and the fixture was out. It is something I could not have anticipated but I feel they should have. I cannot be the only one to experience that, and I doubt I would have scoffed at whatever cost he felt was reasonable for the added peace of mind. I replaced the light myself because I could, though I believe others not as capable would have had to hire the work out after the fact. I could be wrong but a conversation upfront about the light might save others unnecessary disappointment. Still, overall, these guys were terrific. Hire them with confidence and know they care. You will have no regrets because a like-new pool is a beautiful thing.

They came out within 24 hours to bid job. Price was very reasonable. I ran into some problems with the pool light fixture which had to be replaced. Coastal Pool jumped in to help me resolve the problem and even held up the restoration until the pool light fixture replacement was replaced. I had a couple of service requests after the pool resotration was compl;eted and paid for. They responded within 24 hours. This company is very easy to work with and is very reliable!

I had four contractors bid this job which included resurfacing, tile and heater replacement. Randy's quote was not only the most reasonable, but he came out and bid the job that day. I waited a minimum of 24 hours for all other bids. The heater arrived in two days and the job was completed on time and in short order. The final bid was guaranteed and stayed at that price despite a couple of extra trips and additional work. The job was completed and paid in full and my phone calls are still answered immediately. i referred Randy to my neighbor and he completed their pool resurfacing and tile as well. I would recommend Coastal Pool to all of my friends and clients without hesitation. Great price...great work....great service.

Being from up North, I am always cautious about hiring contractors here in Florida... The posted reviews were mixed... .Mike was the sales representative. He promised us, that the pool resurfacing would be completed by a certain date. Sounds too good to be true. Unannounced, I went to the storefront, Located in Cape Coral. I was immediately meet by a very involved owner. Everything appeared to be on the up and up. We went ahead and contracted with them. WOW. There was a large and experienced crew out here... everyone had their job to do... the resurfacing made my pool look like new. I ran a contracting business, up North, for over 30 years... I know a good crew when I see one. I highly recommend this company.

The job was ok I was satisfied with the job. I did have issues after the fact and I called them and they came out right away. Fixed the issues and I am very happy about the service.

I appreciated that the owner Randy, was hands on in helping to design and oversee project, still waiting on a coup;e of smaller issues to be resolved all and all a quick, knowledgeable company, that worked on the given timeline
