I have a condo that friends were staying at, I am out of state. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue and gave me a couple of solutions. Fixed as soon as possible!

We had a problem with our AC. So my husband looked up reviews on this company and decided to give them a try. They quoted us an eta time of one hour! They were here in about a half hour. They were very friendly and professional. Fixed our problem and even did a few things free of charge. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again! Thanks for the great service!

Had a new HVAC system installed at an investment property when the system failed suddenly after 15 years.  Judy called me immediately, working with my needs to schedule an urgent appointment.  Kevin arrived on time, accurately diagnosing the defects, suggesting a highly-rated system at an excellent price point, and pulling the technicians (James and John) from another job to perform a timely install.  The crew very professionally and competently completed the work, exceeding my expectation.  I highly recommend Captain Cold Cooling for your AC needs!

Had great experience with captain cold cooling , they saved me $$$ on a ac repair , another company wanted to replace my condense, r they fixed it with a warranty ! They were knowledgeable and courteous , hired them to replace my water heater and do some minor plumbing work , very happy with the company , will definitely use them for any future issues that may arrive ! This company is A-1 so far everyone from the person who answers the phone to the tech are great.

They were excellent. They came before the scheduled time and finished sooner than expected. In less than no time we had our AC running. They estimated 4hrs to do the work, but they finished before then, and they cleaned 🧽 up everything. We are very pleased. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🙏. Thanks.

Rick from Captain Cold and his co-worker showed up on time and got right to work. They asked some initial questions, looked and listened to my equipment, quickly diagnosed the problem and got the repair done! They was polite, and explained everything I asked about. I am very happy with Captain Cold Cooling! They also noticed another problem I was having with some outdoor plumbing and offered their services there, as well! Job(s) well done!

After a slow death of my original A/C Unit. I reached out via home advisors and had three different Pros call me. Captain Cold immediately called and came out within 2 hours to review and give me a price estimate. They were not the lowest and certainly not the highest. Along with a new A/C unit, I replaced the water heater as well and the original duct system. I'll be reaching out to them again to install a UV light system!

We were looking for a quote to replace AC because elderly parents informed by their AC maintenance co. that they needed one. They are on a limited income and had been living in a hothouse for months. Requested a quote in the middle of last night, when the problem started with my AC, I received a call at 7:30AM to schedule a visit to assess, they arrived by 8:30AM, and it's 10:15AM, and my condenser fan motor is replaced. Rick even sent me a video to show the work complete. OUTSTANDING HONEST SERVICE!!!!

Rick and his staff are awesome. Followed through on every promise made. They arrived on time, completed the job as described, cleaned up after themselves, and did not leave until we were completely satisfied. And the pricing was more than fair. Captain Cold exceeded all of our expectations!
