Terrible!   When we first approached them about creating our website they told us all the great things they could and would do on the website to make us standout among the competition.  They presented themselves as knowledgeable web designers and told us how excited they were about working together.  As the weeks slipped by with no website, we only heard excuses such as "we had personal issues come up, we were too busy with other customers, we were out of town,  etc... When i went to talk with Jeff and asked him what was the status of our website, he played dumb and said "I don't know" and I would have to talk to Amelia.  When I demanded that he turn over what was done of the website(since they had already been paid for it), he finally admitted that it had been outsourced to another party and i would have to contact them, who by the way wanted to charge me more money to make corrections/changes to the website still under construction.

My computer wasn`t working and they diagnosed and fixed it on the spot. Then they went over and above by adding an anti virus and explaining a few things about the computer. This was a mini training session too. Thanks PC tech.

I am changing my initial review noted below because of the poor experience after a part failed and the company refused to correct it. A new hard drive was installed in October 2013 and about a month later the computer began acting up but we were not in town so I contacted the company via email and at first our exchange went well but after we ran diagnostics that showed that the "new" hard drive was failing (the Apple diagnostics indicated that the S.M.A.R.T. system was failing) the owner claimed that it must be our fault. We then bought and installed a new hard drive where we were and the computer worked fine. When I returned to Florida about 6 weeks later I brought the failed hard drive to the store and Jeff said that it was readable and thus good, so I asked him to run diagnostics which he said he did not have time to do and then stated that it was probably the motherboard that needed to be replaced and that used ones could be bought for about $500 online. I did not believe him (and his assistant) and he said that the current motherboard would probably fail in a couple of months. I left the store with the bad hard drive in hand.

I sent the hard drive to Western Digital and they confirmed it was bad in this email that they sent to me:

Re: Bad drive; S/N WXM1AC0F1576. Thank you for contacting Western Digital Customer Service and Support to have us inspect your drive.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Your drive can be read even though it shows S.M.A.R.T. issues, however this indicates that it should be about to fail completely

The serial number for your drive is for an OEM hard drive that was either included in another system at the time that a computer was purchased or it was purchased in a non-Western Digital retail box. Because of this, either the system manufacturer or the place of purchase is responsible for the warranty of the hard drive.  You need to contact your place of purchase for warranty support.

The manufacture date is 18-FEB-2011 so either the drive was sitting for a long time either on a store shelf or with a computer manufacturer before it was sold.  Unfortunately we are unable to verify if the drive was new when it was put in your computer.

OEM drives are sold to computers manufacturers to build the computers they sell and the latest one is the one that provide the warranty to the customer, as previously stated.



I sent the email from Western Digital to Jeff but never got a response.


It has been one year since we replaced the hard drive that All Star Tech installed and the computer works perfectly.


So the bottom line is that All Star Tech services probably buys parts on line from third party vendors and thus has no guarantee.


I would not go there again.



Despite being very technically adept at building and repairing PC based computers, I was stumped by this MacBook Pro laptop which did respond to numerous attempts to fix it so I relented and decided to bring it to a repair shop. I was going to bring it to an Apple store but got a coupon on line for All Star Tech Support and checked on Angie's List and saw that it got very good reviews.

I brought the computer to the shop and was immediately very impressed with the customer focus, sincerity of the owners (Emilia and Jeff), technical knowledge and sensitively of pricing the repair fairly (for example, they told me that that they do not mark up the price of parts). The computer was repaired in a couple of days and the cost was actually less than what I expected. So the bottom line is that this shop is great and I would not hesitate to take another non functioning computer (that I could not fix) to this shop. They can be trusted to do the work right, quickly and at a very fair price. Go there!

My Toshiba laptop had a bad virus and Jeff was able to get it cleared up within a few hours.  My computer now runs like new and is rid of a large amount of malware that I didn't even know my was on my laptop.   Jeff is very knowledgable, professional and personable.  I couldn't be happier with my experience at All Star Tech Support.   He made sure my machine was protected by installing the  best virus protection available.

Jeff is very caring, both of people and his work.  He did all the work with a great attitude and wanted us to be completely satisfied.  He called the next day to see how things were going with the puters and then called again about a week later.  I was having some problems so he came over at no cost to check out the situation.  You can take your computer to him or he will come to you.  He's a great guy to work with.

I took my desktop computer into their shop in late afternoon (6 PM -- They are open until 7:00). The tech did some work so I could use the computer temporarily that night, and I took it back the next day to complete the work. They completed the work that same day. Jeff was very helpful and informative, both as to what work he actually did, as well as general information.

As a former IT executive, I look for technical support staff who are knowledgeable, customer focused, passionate about technology, and who are straight forward with clients.  Jeff and his business have all these characteristics.  
I recently took two of my iMac computers to Jeff for repair.  He provided me with accurate estimates on cost and time to repair.  He also gave me updates on status of parts that he had to order.  Both were repaired within 3 days which is an outstanding service level.  
No need to visit the Apple Store, park in the mall lot, walk a mile shlepping two iMacs into the store, waiting in line, paying high Apple price and returning for same deal to pick them up.  
You park directly in front of Jeff's store, he helps you carry computer(s) to his shop, and begins his magic.  His shop is well appointed, clean, well done.  
I was so satisfied with the results, I give him one of my MacBook computers to work on next.  
Well worth the trip from Naples to Cape Coral for this guy!  
If you have any issues, his office manager is there.  He will appreciate a dog treat ;-)

We had an awful virus on both of our HP laptops that got cleaned up, the same day.  Service was fast! Jeff, the shop owner, was also very knowledge and helpful in answering a few technical questions we had about our HP laptop computers and our son's iPad. I would definitely recommend this shop for others seeking very friendly and knowlegeable computer assistance. Thank you!
