"I dont know what we have done wrong. To acquire an F rating, When are set appt day hasnt even passed. We have an appt set up for Monday the 24th to replace 1 two story roof panel. We have been talking on the messenger from Angies List. Nothing was ever said about doing privacy screen. I quoted him for 1 two story panel replacement. Im not sure if he has us confused with another company. I called him to try and figure out what went wrong and he said i never got back to him. But i did right after he messaged me, i called him and thats how we have the appt for Monday the 24th."

Very well on the screens. But I did ask them if debris ended up in the pool. They said no, but it did. One of the spring cylinders went bad so I moved it to the door we don't use. Then a lock wouldn't lock. I tried to adjust it but the screws used were too big. I have to redrill the holes and use smaller screws.

Keith , the owner called me after he left the house and said I need to fix whole encloser and it will cost me 1100+. I said i need to replace only completely broken screen two at the top and anything else... even before I finish, he start talking that it is not worth to go back to repair only two screens, why do i even ask estimate if I plan to repair only two panels and he said I am not worth talking about it. I have planned to repair few screens which is broken. Called the number and spoke to Victoria. She is rude and said same thing even before I have explain to her and start yelling over the phone.. I am gald I didn't hire them even though they are in angies list :(

The screen pro staff arrived  on time. They were very cordial and pleasant to work with.They were very efficient,  new what they were doing. they work fast. they were on task at all times. They clean after themselves.  I was impress with their work  performances and materials. I would recommend them to all my friends. Definitely I would  use Screen Pro in the future.
