He was extremely good at his work.  He was patient and accepted changes graciously.  I changed  some of the plumbing locations during the job. I would definately use him again.

Determined the problem was on the City's side of the street.  Tech called city and made arrangements to have city come out and repair the drain pipe.

Removed tub, toilet and vanity/sink. Installed new single H/C faucet for tub and raised the shower head. Installed new tub and toilet which they provided. Toilet needed to be a 10 in rough in instead of normal 12 in. I purchased the vanity and sink which they installed after a tiler did his job. They provided all faucets. Scotty and Daniel did excellent work. When turning off the water, Scotty notice that outside bladder tank was waterlogged. When he came back to install the toilet and vanity, he brought a tank which was smaller in size than the one it was going to replace. Scotty made a call and by the end of the day, Cary came by and installed a larger tank. Luckily, there was a tank inside the house, so we still had water. They did such a great job that I have hired them for a second bathroom renovation.

No problems.  Pleased with the process from quote to completion.

One man shop that will get all my plumbing business from now on.  Gave great options for saving money on water and gas.  Explained everything he did.

Other than that minor communication glitch, he immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem.

I called Qualified Plumbing Services and told them about our problem.They told me that they would come the next day between 8 and 9 am. At 8:45 Cary Aldrich arrived and started to clean the drain. At 9:30 the work was done. Cary was very polite and explained what he was doing.
 

We were having a problem that as it turned out was not a plumbing issue, but rather a well issue, so he was not able to help us.  But, he was courteous and professional.

When I told Cary that I had a hard time getting hot water out of this shower, he was able to adjust something on the unit that should have been done by the plumber that installed the plumbing in the shower during a remodel over a year ago.  It never worked as good as it does now.  Cary was very nice and worked quickly, and neatly. 
When I first called I asked Scotty if he was charging holiday rates or weekend rates because of the holiday weekend.  He said no, that it was a regular work day.  I called two other plumbers before Qualified Plumbing, and both were charging emergency weekend rates.
I have found my forever plumber as long as I live in this area.

On the first visit, our dog ran out the door and we had to chase her all over the neighborhood - Scotty waited patiently for us and didn't act like we were nuts when we got back.  He corrected (with photos and documentation) an erroneous report by the home inspector and repaired a leaky pipe under our house.  It's easy to schedule appointments and they show up on time - no mess and very reasonable rates.  Friendly service people, too.

My pipes needed snaked. I believe that the cost was expensive and I used a coupon. For all he did and the amount of time he was at the house it was not worth the charge.

Daniel offered insight and explained the problems to me. He gave advice on things that are worth replacing and thisngs that are not, especially helpful with the water heater, since the tank still looks good from the outside.

The toilet started leaking on the floor.  Called early the next morning.  They had a couple people in front of us, but would come as soon as they could.  They came at 9:30 am.  Cary was very nice and professional.  Explained the problem and fixed it quickly.  Also fixed a faucet that wasn't working well too.  We weren't charged anything extra for that.  Took about 30 minutes overall.

It was a small job but went very well.  I was very happy with the service and feel that the price was fair and the service was excellent.  I would call them again in the future.

Was very impressed with this company. I called somewhere between 9- 11am to make an appt and spoke to the owner himself. He said they were working on a few jobs but could probably get out this afternoon and what was my schedule like. They quoted me $90 for clearing the drain from the tub and $110 if they had to get on the roof to clear it from the drain there. They were here by 2:30pm, job finished by about 3pm. He gave me a call telling me they'd probably be here in about 20 min and showed up in about 35 (pretty good considering most service calls typically only give a 4 hr window). Eric (I believe was his name) was very courteous and answered all my questions about my drain. He was able to clear the drain with an electronic snake through the tub and even did it a second time afterwards just to make sure he got it all. He did a good job cleaning afterwards and even took a look at another plumbing issue I had a question about and gave me an estimate and some tips for in the meantime. I used my Angie's list coupon for 10% off so it came out to $81. It feels like a lot of money to have the drain snaked, but from what I can tell it's roughly the going price and yet still quite a bit cheaper than some of the other highly rated companies on here. Couldn't have asked for better same-day, quick, courteous, and friendly service. I will definitely use them for future plumbing needs. I'm so excited to be able to take a shower and not worry if the water from the previous shower has finished draining - I had tried everything: my own snake, plunger, vinegar & baking soda, etc. Thank you guys!

They were fine. They were quick to respond but they were not inexpensive.

They were outstanding. The work became more involved than what we had expected and they were terrific.

I wasn't home when work was done but no complaints.

Qualified Plumbing Services, Inc., were good at everything. The pricing is not the best but I would recommend them. I could have gotten cheaper. That's a large company. You go to the single, one or two people ones, you could get the price a lot better. They are professional and reliable. If you are price-conscious you can shop around and do better with a smaller company with individuals.

Cary was wonderful.  He found the problem with the dripping shower faucet right away and corrected it.  Same with the outside faucet where he also went a extra step and braced behind it so it would be more secure.  Overall, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had dealing with a plumber and this company will definitely be the one we call for any future needs.
