My pipes needed snaked. I believe that the cost was expensive and I used a coupon. For all he did and the amount of time he was at the house it was not worth the charge.

Daniel offered insight and explained the problems to me. He gave advice on things that are worth replacing and thisngs that are not, especially helpful with the water heater, since the tank still looks good from the outside.

The toilet started leaking on the floor. Called early the next morning. They had a couple people in front of us, but would come as soon as they could. They came at 9:30 am. Cary was very nice and professional. Explained the problem and fixed it quickly. Also fixed a faucet that wasn't working well too. We weren't charged anything extra for that. Took about 30 minutes overall.

It was a small job but went very well. I was very happy with the service and feel that the price was fair and the service was excellent. I would call them again in the future.

Was very impressed with this company. I called somewhere between 9- 11am to make an appt and spoke to the owner himself. He said they were working on a few jobs but could probably get out this afternoon and what was my schedule like. They quoted me $90 for clearing the drain from the tub and $110 if they had to get on the roof to clear it from the drain there. They were here by 2:30pm, job finished by about 3pm. He gave me a call telling me they'd probably be here in about 20 min and showed up in about 35 (pretty good considering most service calls typically only give a 4 hr window). Eric (I believe was his name) was very courteous and answered all my questions about my drain. He was able to clear the drain with an electronic snake through the tub and even did it a second time afterwards just to make sure he got it all. He did a good job cleaning afterwards and even took a look at another plumbing issue I had a question about and gave me an estimate and some tips for in the meantime. I used my Angie's list coupon for 10% off so it came out to $81. It feels like a lot of money to have the drain snaked, but from what I can tell it's roughly the going price and yet still quite a bit cheaper than some of the other highly rated companies on here. Couldn't have asked for better same-day, quick, courteous, and friendly service. I will definitely use them for future plumbing needs. I'm so excited to be able to take a shower and not worry if the water from the previous shower has finished draining - I had tried everything: my own snake, plunger, vinegar & baking soda, etc. Thank you guys!

Qualified Plumbing Services, Inc., were good at everything. The pricing is not the best but I would recommend them. I could have gotten cheaper. That's a large company. You go to the single, one or two people ones, you could get the price a lot better. They are professional and reliable. If you are price-conscious you can shop around and do better with a smaller company with individuals.

Cary was wonderful. He found the problem with the dripping shower faucet right away and corrected it. Same with the outside faucet where he also went a extra step and braced behind it so it would be more secure. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had dealing with a plumber and this company will definitely be the one we call for any future needs.

responded quickly, arrived as scheduled. faucet seems to function without problem (only been a few days) attempted to repair the faucet with minimal disruption of my siding- at my request a greater area was exposed. Worker did not seemed to be rushed, but the price fair- and thank you my angie's list discount almost paid for my membership.

Well. Although this was not a strictly plumbing task, the plumber cleaned out our septic pipe and gave us the advice to use Roundup to keep the line clear.

I had the plumber replace a toilet flange and install a new toilet. The plumber's name was Cary. This can be a messy job so I provided the plumber with a role of paper towels, small trash can and a shallow tub to hold the old toilet. The tub was very helpful to transport the old toilet to the curb without dripping on the carpet. Cary arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time. I'm satisfied with their service and would call on them again if needed. Regarding the old toilet, I left the old toilet at the curb and Gainesville's trash service picked it up within a few days.

Called with my 3 non-emergency plumbing problems, late in the day. Appointment was arranged for the next day which was perfect for me. The next day Scotty called about 15 minutes prior to the appointment time, to let me know he'd be arriving soon. Super nice to have a heads up like that. When he arrived he and his helper were very cordial. I showed & explained to them my 3 plumbing issues. Scotty seemed very knowledgeable and basically had a good hunch as to what they'd have to do for each repair. In about a 1/2 hour or so they had everything repaired. For the bathroom faucet they installed a new spring & washer; for the outdoor faucet they replaced the nipple & hose bibb; and for the toilet problem they added a new flush handle and adjusted the chain. The 3rd repair I'm very impressed with, because our last plumber actually made 3 trips to solve the problem and never got it figured out. All 3 repairs were done a few weeks ago and all problems remain fixed. Quality work all the way. VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY IN EVERY RESPECT!

They were pretty good. The price was reasonable. They came when they were supposed to and they did the job what they were supposed to. They were friendly, did the job and left.

We had a recommendation from our HVAC servicer that he noticed some rusting on a pipe on our water heater (which sits next to our heating/air conditioning system), while he was examining our HVAC system. We have used other plumbers for various jobs before, but have not been overly satisfied, either with service or cost. We thought we'd try an Angie's List recommendation this time. We selected this provider because of the very positive reports of reviewers, but also because reviewers gave them an A for cost, where other businesses were given B's. We called one day, the call was returned the same day, an appointment was made for the following day. The provider called before coming, was prompt, polite, provided the service, cleaned up, and had completed the job in under an hour. Very satisfied with the work done.

Qualified Plumbing Services was very prompt in answering my call and they scheduled in a timely manner. He came when he said he would. There was a small leak afterwards and they came right back and sealed or fixed it. My husband thought the price was fair. We plan on using them in the future.

The repair was a month ago. Things seem to be going normally.

I called Cary and explained my problem. He and Scottie came out in a couple of hours and ran a snake down the line to the septic tank and pulled out a huge bundle of dental floss that someone had flushed down one of my toilets! That snake and 2 guys who know what they're doing did the trick! Everything was unclogged and flushed beautifully! I love these guys! Not only are they extremely nice and friendly but they're also very competent! So glad I found them by using Angie's List originally. This is the 3rd time I have called them and they have taken care of each and every issue I've had. I think they are very reasonable, also!

My appointment request was answered by phone within a day and the service appointment was scheduled for the next day. The plumber arrived promptly and was very courteous. This was a drain clearing call. He performed service as expected and the rates were reasonable. We didn't have proper access to the drain line and he gave some suggestions on redoing the service should the need arise in the future. Very thorough overall. I would use Qualified Plumbing again in the future. Charges were made as a flat fee with no trip charge/service fees included.

They didn't show up the first time they were supposed to and after we called them they set a new date and time, then showed up early (after calling to OK it). Their work was great and they were very neat and polite. I have no complaint about the prices.

Called when I saw water all over the kitchen floor in big puddles and leakage under the bathroom sink where the icemaker line was originally installed. Plumber called to say he could get here this afternoon and would call before coming out. He arrived within the time he gave me; introduced himself and we showed him where the leaks were. He got right to work finding the leak. There was a pinhole leak in the copper wire coming from the icemaker. He installed a new line within 45 minutes total. I even used my coupon from Angie's List. I would recommend this company to anyone.
