It was quality plumbing. They were very good.

He's always prompt, and we've never been charged over the estimates. Plumbers always seem unpleasantly expensive, but when we've gotten quotes from other companies he's always one of the cheaper options. He's always been on time and very responsive. We will gladly use him again.

They cleaned the valve of the toilet and worked on hot water to the bathroom sink. They did a good job. They changed time the last minute and weren't on time.

Scotty was very dependable, from returning phone calls after business hours to lining up an electrician to reroute the service for the water heater. Also very helpful as I tried to decide on a brand and worked through other details. He honored the price he quoted, which included the labor and materials, was very competitive in comparison to all the other quotes, and was a pleasure to do business with.

I called Qualified Plumbing and spoke with Scotty, the owner. I gave him detailed information on the type of faucet that I have and told him that someone had already given me the parts that I needed to repair it myself. However, I had no idea how to do it. He was gracious enough to stay on the phone with me and walk me through the entire process from removal of the handle, to extracting the piece within, to placing it all back together again. He did not even suggest that he would charge me for his time and I now have a non leaking faucet again. I will, without a doubt, call upon Qualified Plumbing for their services again in the future every time the need arises. Scotty is extremely professional and courteous and just seems like an overall genuinely honest man.

Everything went well. It was good. They were honest and very nice. They did the work within our budget. Their quality seemed good. I would use their services again in the future.

Master tub faucet....had to wait a month for bathroom tub... didn't have parts. Repair of hall bathroom, cold water still didn't work after initial installation. Company tried to bill before job was complete. Everything else done quickly... reasonable price.

The arrived when they said they would were minimally invasive and delivered good work at a good price. I will use this company again.

The owner is Scotty Parker. He is a good person and doesn't overcharge. He is very reasonable. I've used him several times. He's very reliable and trustworthy. He does excellent work. He came in several hundred dollars less than anyone else. He had to dig up the yard and deal with tree roots. This was a real good price. He's my plumber now.
