We called Jef Moffett of Home Rescreening, Inc. He called us back within two days and set up an appointment with us for Monday March 30, 2015 at 1pm. He called on Monday, March 30th and asked to reschedule to Tuesday March 31, 2015 at 1pm. We agreed. Today is Tuesday March 31st and no one showed up at 1pm and no one called. At approx. 3:30 pm, we received a call from a woman in their office saying her father-in-law would be over to give us an estimate within the hour. We agreed to let the father-in-law come over to give us an estimate. About 15 minutes after that call, Jef Moffett called and said that someone backed into his truck, so he would have to reschedule AGAIN. My husband told him that we need them to show up when they say they will or at least call us in a timely manner. He then told my husband that we should probably find someone else to do the work. We will do that!

We selected a couple of special order doors which took a couple of weeks for delivery. As soon as Jeff received the doors he called us immediately to schedule install. Jeff and his employee Jake did a wonderful job! They were efficient and detailed. We would use them again, and we highly recommend them.

Jeff promptly responded to my phone message, and came over the following day to give me an estimate. Not only was his quote very reasonable, but he was able to complete the work the very next day. He did a nice job and was very professional....courteous, competent, conscientious, efficient, and punctual. It was a very positive experience, and I would recommend him highly.

Jeff the rescreener arrived promptly, and did a great job at a reasonable price. He was thorough and professional. I highly recommend him and will call him again when I have screen replacement needs.
