The job proved more difficult than either of us suspected because the thickness of the slate was not consistent. The two day job turned into a five day job. The stuck to their original bid and did a magnificent job. We could not be more pleased with Visual Landscape Designs and enthusiastically recommend this great company!

Working with Richard was great, helped me along the way to find what was best for my needs. I found this company through a neighbor who got her patio done by this company. Its been over two years and still looks brand new. So I know the quality is there. Due to my unforeseen circumstances I could not complete the patio but I had such a great experience with this company I wanted to leave a review.

The driveway is beautiful. Brian and his team were professional and spent many hours per day ensuring the work was done well. They did not cut corners. They removed all the trash themselves, nothing was left for me to clean. They even placed sod down wherever it was needed after the driveway was complete. I am very pleased with the work. The cost includes the driveway pavers and the sealant.

It was a small installation job for other companies, compared to regular paver works and we had a hard time to find someone. They made a time for us and completed the travertine extended patio area. It looks amazing, the price was amazing, and guys are so polite. We definitely will hire them again!

The workmanship was flawless and the job was completed when promised. I have recommended Rick Fisher - Visual Landscape Design to several friends/ associates and hope they use his services. The service was professional and I would certainly use in the future if I had any landscaping needs. In addition to the patio an area between the sidewalk and the street **I live on a corner** was cleared of weeds and a ground covering and mulch were used to fill it in completely. The ground covering is growing nicely and it completely eliminates the need for me to endlessly cut, weed, etc. I absolutely love my yard after the improvements done by Visual Landscape Designs! Thank you so much Mr. Fisher, and so sorry it took me so long to post a compliment because you totally deserve it!!

I was orchestrating this project from out of town, so I used Angies List to become acquainted with local businesses. After speaking and meeting with several, I found Rick at Visual Landscape. He was very responsive and available to talk when I needed to, went out of his way to bring samples to the house so we could be sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, and was just very cooperative and good to work with overall. When the project started, the crew was late several times due to extenuating circumstances, but worked extremely hard and made every effort to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, even with adding in a few minor requests. They made sure to clean up extremely well at the end of every day. We couldn't be happier with the results and have Rick and Brian scheduled to do another landscaping project later in the year.

Rick was very prompt in responding to my phone call. He came to our house and discussed what we would like to have done. He made several very helpful suggestions which we adopted. He took photos and sent us a detailed quote that included photos showing how the yard would look after the job was done. The proposal included planting a cluster of pygmy date palms, several ixora, and 2 large viburnum. It also included re-sodding several areas, pruning an oak tree, and laying down mulch. We agreed to the proposal, and on the day promised, the work was completed to our satisfaction. The trees, plants and sod he provided were all top notch, and all debris was removed from the site and the street, walks and driveway were left clean of dirt and residue.

Excellent - Ricks design was spot on. He was able to give us a picture of what it would look like when finished. The crew he uses was very professional. They kept the work and access areas clean and clear. The site was immaculate when finished.

I would highly recommend Visual Landscape Designs, they worked with us to design and implement new landscaping for our church, when we had little to no knowledge about landscaping and what works well in our Florida climate. They did everything they promised and were even able to fix and upgrade our ancient irrigation system without us having to call a separate company. They also worked hard to make sure our landscaping would be ready and beautiful for our Christmas service!

They put in a paver walkway with river stones down the side of our house.  They did river stones and plants on the other side of the house.  It came out great.  Rick was honest and upfront stating they had many jobs but would keep in touch.  Rick was responsive when I e-mailed him on questions and/or concerns.  They also sealed the pavers.  They were half the price of the other estimate I received.  I was very pleased with the job and clean up.

Rick was great and so was his crew. He honored his commitment despite scheduling conflicts. The job was started when he said it would be started and finished when he said it would be finished. Rick is a very hard worker and honors his commitment

The job went extremely well without any issues.  From the start my wife and I were impressed with Rick's knowledge and how he offered suggestions of what would look good and how it would enhance the property.  He took pictures and dictated notes so when he provided the estimate it was based what I wanted taking into account his suggestions.  For the project, Rick's son Brian, Leland and Rickie arrived the evening before the start of the project and started prepping the yard.  We were really impressed as they were extremely professional and courteous and how the team worked to resolve and fix any issues.  
The prep involved removing some landscaping and additional digging and removing underground roots from a tree removal a few weeks ago.  During the process they accidentally cut some irrigation lines.  No worries as the crew informed us and let us know that they were being repaired and had us test everything after the repairs were completed.  They also capped off irrigation lines not being used and redirected the existing sprinkler heads in the area of the patio/playground area.  
Rick stopped by the following afternoon inspecting and going over the work with me and my wife to see if we had any concerns or questions.  The guys took great care while performing their work and clean up as they went.  When they completed the job they did a great job of cleaning up the area and sweeping the patio.  Rick's team did an amazing job and my wife and I couldn't be happier.  We plan on using Rick for some future projects within the coming months and will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

This had to be one of the most enjoyable experiences working with a contractor since moving to Florida.  They were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and made the overall experience something I enjoyed.  They made the entry way to my home a pleasure to look at and really enjoy.  From the beginning, just talking to them about the idea of installing pavers was quite an experience especially with someone who enjoys what they do and are proud of the work they do.  The quality is impeccable and the results makes you proud that there are people who still take pride in their craft.  As a result of that experience, I am going to have them do a waterfall and feel so comfortable having them do it.  I am really looking forward to that experience and know that it will be enjoyable as well.

The job went quite well. I was very impressed with Rick's knowledge and he made a great suggestion of using crimson stone (I was originally thinking of using lava rock but wasn't really happy with that idea). It was a great alternative. It looks much better and is actually cheaper. The actual work was not complicated, just fill the beds with soil and stone. They did a great job and also fixed my front porch (some bricks were broken). The house looks great. I would use them again.

They do really good work but they are expensive.  They are very punctual.  The owner did the work.  He had a good rapport with me.

Rick reached out to me when I called for an estimate for the work requested.  He arrived on time and answered my questions.  He provided the quote on site and an estimated installation date.  The job was completed in two days with no issues.  While here, they were courteous and professional.  It looks great!  I'm very pleased with the work.  I would definitely recommend Visual Landscape.
