I first became aware of this company through an Angi query and noticed that it had the best reviews. My first impression of Total Home Roofing was when I received a quote from John Carbone. John not only answered all questions that I had, but was professional, educational, and genuine. I conducted interviews with salesmen from numerous other companies and none were as knowledgeable and respectful as John. Once I decided to go with the company, my positive first impression was carried through the entire experience. John continued to maintain constant communication with me and answered my questions in a timely manner even when posed beyond business hours. John worked with me and ensured that all items I wanted specifically listed in the contract were included without hassle. The installation of the roof went well. The installers worked diligently to complete the job with quality and attention to detail that surpassed my expectations. The staff that I communicated with (on scene and remotely) were all respectful and receptive to requests and questions. When a minor discrepancy arose, the company made it right without undue delay. All in all, Total Home Roofing was not the least expensive option, but they appear to be amongst the highest quality and stand true to their word.

They have great customer service and were able to schedule me right away not like others who had 4 to six weeks lead time. They arrived on time and did their job rapidly, efficiently with a friendly manner. I am super happy with them and recommend them to others without a doubt.

Took awhile but they got the job done!

Took them a week to get a two-three day job done. Over 250 roofing nails left behind. Smelly dumpster in yard for 7 days. Admin paperwork was a subject of constant daily reminder. There were other roofers to consider but these guys were cheaper. Ya get what ya pay for.

My cousin Jamie and I had called Total Home Roofing and requested an estimate for a roof replacement for his home. We were promptly connected to a delightful representative and were able to schedule for the very next day! Our salesman showed up on time (actually about 8 mins early) and we were lucky to have Andrew C. The appointment was very professional and informative and by the end of it, we had our roof estimate and samples of the shingles. My cousin and I were both impressed by how thorough Andrew was and felt very comfortable with him. After a few days of deliberating, we decided to move forward with Total Home Roofing. The project went smooth and after a few small hiccups the project was completed and the roof looks great!! We could not be more satisfied with the overall process and would highly recommend Total Home Roofing and Andrew to anyone!

John C the salesman was very thorough explaining their process and remaining involved throughout the install to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Foreman and crews were polite and timely. Highly recommend.

The process from start to finish was fantastic. John C was the person we worked with from sales end. He then turned us over to the foreman, who called the day before scheduled job, the day of the job, and the day after the job. We were very well versed, in every step of the process. John C remained involved from start to finish, following up with my calls or text in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend, Total Home Roofing.

Great install but poor cleanup

Overall, excellent experience. However, we went over a week with no roof because the removal was performed before the crew received the new shingles so that was unfortunate.

Quick turnaround and quality work.

Total Home replaced the roofs on five large three-story buildings in a record eight days. Andrew Capobianco delivered an amazing presentation to our community and provided details on the products, warranty, and installation process. They were able to supply all the materials needed immediately. Francisco and Victor run a top-notch team! All three individuals were readily available for any questions. They were thorough and took additional measures to replace rotted decking, trusses, and fascia. They kept the environment clean and clear of nails and debris. In my 32 years of being a project coordinator, they were the best. Every unit owner is extremely impressed. Top-notch operation!
