SUPERIOR CARPET, TILE & UPHOLSTERY CARE

He was supposed to "deep clean" the carpets in 3 bedrooms, the living room, the family room, a hallway,and clean the grout in the kitchen, bathrooms and clean 5 chairs. The carpet was still dirty, the chairs went from 20.00 a piece to 65.00 and he put down some Odo-Ban and charged me 300.00 for it. He destroyed my kitty litter box which now has to be replaced. The quote started out at 280.00 which was high for what I wanted done and when he left he claimed I owed him 1000.00 which is outrageous for carpets that are still dirty. He charged me 300.00 for misc items(?) and a 75.00 transport fee. I have since found 2 more complaints on the BBB website, so they are performing this kind of shoddy work for other people as well. This is my opinion but stay away from this company.
