Our main pediatrician there is Dr. Silva, and she really takes the time to understand what your needs are as a family, and what your children are going through. She's been extremely supportive to me as a parent. We've also dealt with Dr. Mancote there as well and she's very professional as well. The only downside there is that sometimes wait times can be a problem, but it's worth the wait. The office and the staff are pretty good as well.

We called when they opened and got an appointment right away. My child was sick and needed to be seen. This is one thing I love about the office is when your child is sick they get you in right away so you can get your child well sooner and get back to your already hectic life. Very friendly staff. Everyone is very nice. The doctors spend time with you and go through the notes and have a lot of patience with parents that ask lots of questions like myself. With children in school they catch stuff often so having a doctor you can be seen at quickly and doesn't make you dread seeing them because they treat you right and get you children we'll is very necessary for a busy young family.

It's great. They're quick and they get you in really fast. They're really good.

I brought my oldest and my youngest child for their well-child check up. Appointment time was convenient and the wait between arrival and call-in was about 10 minutes(this is usual for my visits). The assessment nurse was prompt and kind and very child-friendly. Dr Smoak was in the room within 5 minutes after the nurse left the room. Both children got full body assessments and there was plenty of time for questions and answers. Thanks to previous schedules and vaccination organization, my youngest didnt need any vaccines this time, but they did do bloodwork to check her iron levels. The nurse that did the blood draw was kind and put my daughter at ease, making it a very good experience.
Dr Smoak has been my Pediatrician for the past 8 years. While it was chance that I ended up bringing my children(ages 9, 7,5-all of them seen by her from birth, except my son, who started seeing her after his first year)  to her(based on availability and closeness to my home), it is a choice I am grateful I did. My 3 kids love her, she makes visits-be it well-child or actual sickness visits, totally hassle free. The office staff is very friendly and very good with children. Dr Smoak is very smart and her refferals and recommendation of specialists have brought me to other healthcare professionals who are as dedicated as she is.  The waiting area(properly split in two zones for sick children and "well" children) could use a little more toys and fun stuff for children, but we never wait too long so it never really matters to my family. Our family loves Dr. Smoak and her staff!

We've been going there for about 9 months. The doctors don't treat you like a number and they know your medical history. There are 3 doctors there so someone is always available and you don't have to wait.

I think Dr Silva is a very nice doctor and she’s very warm.  She’s very knowledgeable.  She listens to my concerns.  She doesn’t make me feel stupid and poor for having concerns because I’m a first time mum.  She’s really great.  We will definitely use their services again in the future.

The doctor over there was very considerate. She listened to every question and every concern that we had. She was very responsible in giving information. She showed appropriate concern where need be. Her availability is very good. I made the appointment and I got in within a couple of days. I would use their services again in the future.

What stands out about them is that they are very resistant to giving any kind of drug unless absolutely necessary. They prefer the body to fight its own battles, which in the long term is better medical care. They respond quickly, are always friendly, and very professional.

We have been going to her for 13 years, but we don't see her always. My daughter has been going to her since she was born. She is very thorough. She takes the time. She speaks to the children very well. My 18-year-old son still goes to her. She is very very good with him and not everyone can work with an 18-year-old.
