An absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Very efficient and most importantly honest. I submitted an inquiry online and literally recieved a callback within thirty seconds, no exaggeration; Kris came to my house within an hour and gave me a very reasonable quote and replaced and installed my garage door, first thing the very next morning with John. Kris, at no time tried to mansplain anything to me but, readily offered up the what's and why's without prompt. Kris and John are true, honest professionals. Thanks for everything.

Kris called and arrived earlier than appointment time which was great. Was able to analyze problem in a short amount of time. He was professional and explained problem in a language I understood. He installed a new garage door opener. I would call this company again. Price was pretty much standard. Did not price gouge.

The man, Chris, who did the work, was kind of manipulative, showing me some white wires, this was a garage door work. that were totally white, and then tried to convince me the wires were blue and red. What a foolish thing to do. He did not replace any of the connectors that were rusted, maybe because there were no pats replaced he charged $65 for the work, yet I would rather him replace the old rusty connections with brand new ones.
