They were very responsive. When I explained that a small amount of water was running continuously they booked the first appointment for the following day.

I have several large Oak Trees, and a septic tank. The roots from the trees grow into my drain pipes.
I hired another plumbing company before these guys. They charged me 400.00, and 3 months later, the drain stopped up again.
They fixed it, but tried to charge me another 200.00!
I refused to pay them, and called Gideons and Greco Plumbing.
The drains have been free of tree roots over 3 years now, because they took the time to do the job right.

GIDEONS and GRECO repair man was curteous, very knoweldgeable and quick.

They are very nice. Several other people have had them out to do similar problems that I had and they paid more than I did. If I ever had a problem I will just call the office and talk to the owner and sometimes I was right and sometimes they were right. There are times that I didn't agree, but I always agreed when we were done.

Excellent company for service and repairs.

Gideons and Greco were called to replace the kitchen faucet that had broken. My husband tried to replace it on his own to no avail and had also created a leak in the process! Gideons and Greco showed up immediately on a Sunday (little higher price for weekend repair) and did an excellent job. Were very knowledgeable and fast.K

We had a plubing leak in our 2nd bathroom and needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. It was Sunday afternoon and we were able to get in touch with Gideons and Greco right away and they responded to our house within an hour. They were able to get the job completed and get our water back on in about 45 minutes.

We were very pleased with this plumbers service.

Graeme, the plumber, came as scheduled and I received a courtesy call to say that he was on his way. He took the bathtub handle apart and found that a valve needed replacing, since it was old and corroded. He didn't have the part, so he took a picture of it on his cell phone to send to the supplier. He tightened something up so that it didn't leak so much. He checked the other faucet and it had the same problem. He needed parts that he didn't carry. Then, I didn't hear from him for a week. When I called, they said they were waiting for the supplier to get the part. Finally, ten days later, they called and had the parts for the bathtub, but couldn't find the part for the old sink faucet. I was about to give up on them, but I didn't want to start over again with someone else and have the same problem. So I decided to buy a new faucet at Home Depot and Graeme said he would install it. He came when he said he would. He fixed the bathtub faucet. No more leaks! He installed the new faucet in the sink. He replaced the old rusty drain pipe under the sink, which would have would have started leaking next, and that was a problem that I didn't know that I had. He did a very nice job. I was so pleased to have a brand new faucet, especially when I saw what rusty mess the old one was like, and happy to have a new PVC pipe under the sink. I have used this plumber a couple of other times in the past to clear a clogged drain and to fix a pipe. They were always reasonable and professional.

See above: I called about 11:00 AM the morning of 11/6/09 about the leak. I was told the tech would be here between 2P and 6P. The service stayed in contact with me and updated me on the time to expect the tech so that I could run a few errands while waiting so that I was not confined into just sitting and waiting for the tech. The tech was very pleasant, experienced and took care of the leak very quickly. Since there is a fee for a full hour he was able to assist me with the above noted problems. He explained about my water heater and maintenance. All the above was done in an hour! He also gave me some pointers on how to take care of the water stains on the ceiling of my garage. I would definitely call Gideons and Greco again.

They were very prompt coming out. I would call them if I had to again.

I HAVE USED GIDEONS and GRECO PLUMBING FOR OVER A DECADE. THROUGHOUT THAT TIME, I'VE CALLED ON THEM FOR EVERYTHING FROM A STOPPED UP TOILET TO A WATER SOFTENER INSTALLATION. I FIND THEM CONSISTENTLY HELPFUL, ON TIME, AND WILLING TO PROVIDE ADVICE AND INFORMATION ABOVE AND BEYOND THE ACTUAL PROJECT. I HAVE HEARD FROM OTHERS THAT THEY ARE CONSIDERED EXPENSIVE, AND HAVE AT TIMES, RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. I AM UNSURE OF THIS FACT AS THEY ARE THE ONLY PLUMBING COMPANY I USE.
