Dynamic Painting

Called Dynamic painting, and setup a time for Rob to come out and give me an estimate. Rob quickly provided an estimate on the work, which covered everything that I was looking for. His estimate explained everything that it covered. I say this, as I had another estimate, which was much higher by the way, but they would not give it in writing. Rob also suggested that I consider having the roof cleaned to clean any mildew that was on the tiles, which I agreed to have done.
The scheduling of work was  a little last minute, but I understand how timing of things can change. They came and did all the prep work over the course of a couple of days (pressure washed, repaired any cracks, taped off areas, covered windows, etc.). Then they came and painted my house, which has two stories plus a chimney. Overall the project took about 5 days. I was out of town while the work was being done, but when I came home the house looked great.
There were a few issues: We had to cut out a section of my pool screen to get to the second story, but Rob had a company come and replace it. There was some damage done to one of the gutters, but Rob had a company come out and replace it. Cannot really ask for more than that. The only thing I wish I would have known was that the chemicals that they use to clean the roof will damage any plants or grass where it runs off. This is not a significant issue to me, as the plants are already sprouting new growth and the grass will come back. A heads up though may be good.
Overall, they did a great job. When I asked for little things to be corrected or done, Rob took care of it. I also liked that I could communicate with Rob via text/email.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Dynamic Painting. Beginning with the written estimate to the work being done to completion. The estimate was clear and thorough, the crew was very skilled, professional and patient (in anwering my questions) and the house looks beautiful. In addition, once I had selected my color scheme, they came and applied a sample of the colors to the house so I could be certain of my choices. I know now that there is a definite process to painting a stucco home (Pressure washing, filling in cracks, caulking windows) and all of this was done resulting in a great job!

From first contact to payment, Rob and his crew were professionals.  He delivered exactly what was promised with superior results. I wish more companies had his customer service ethos.

They did a terrible job.  I was surprised as they were supposed to be really good.  He put the ladder on top of my plants and they all died.  He broke two screens using the ladder to paint the house.  A week after the job, I noticed he put the numbers for my house back on upside down.  I called him about the error and he asked if I could just fix them myself.  He blamed someone else about the screens on my patio.  He blamed my lawn service, however my back yard is all concrete.  All around sloppy job.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Small things were not done well I had to insist that a second coat be applied to areas that were not well covered. The house color was the same as the original paint color. To find original color I had to purchase multiple samples, though contract indicated they would provide. I had to insist on second coat of paint where needed. They bumped my motion detector light and I now have to find someone to position the 12 high ' foot detector. The lanai floor was not prepped or sealed . It looks like one area is peeling off. I will wait to see since the guarantee is supposed tone 5 yrs. The owner was more professional when he gave an estimate than another company so I chose dynamic based on Angie's list. The partner company is absolutely a 10/10 for quality, service and professionalism. I think the paint crews just took on too many jobs at one time.

Robert and his team are very professional and excellent at what they do. My house was very chalky and I don?t think it was painted since the day it was built. He gave me a very good price estimate and explained in detail what he would do. He took the time to confirm all the little details that are typical with a project like this and provided expertise in areas I had questions about. He is very busy and we did have some schedule issues but once he was able to commit to a reschedule timeframe he absolutely met it.
They pressure washed, sealed, caulked and prepped the house and deck and pressure washed the front sidewalk. The crew was very skilled and paid attention to details. Rick did a wonderful job with painting the house and deck. I?m very pleased with the result and neighbors have already commented on how great it looks!
Robert is known and respected in the community as well. He?s not fly by night so he is a resource for future needs too. I highly recommend his work and I?m grateful I found him.

Great job. Punctual and quick. Came out on time and took a few days. Ran out of paint and had to come back as color was lighter and house had texture. Despite extra paint, did not charge more and looks really good. Did walk through and only found very small items near edges. Asked them to remove some tape on windows and they forgot, but no big deal. House looks great and high quality paint. Very reasonable price!!

Robert and his crew were amazing. They went above and beyond our agreement. He was able to fit us in a week earlier than expected, which worked perfect for us. They answered all of our questions and put us at ease with our concerns. Robert, the owner, personally came out and looked at the work when it was almost completed and got all the little things corrected right away. Our biggest issue was the front door and the red color we chose. His crew made a 14 year old door look almost brand new and I am so happy with it. I'm not an easy person to please as I want eveyrthing to be perfect, and he succeeded.

I had asked him for a quote for interior painting for a newly purchased home.
He was on time, very thorough and explained all that would be needed.
Due to his busy schedule and our immediate need, we had to choose another.

What can I say -- they were AMAZING!  Very professional, Rob stayed in touch with me every step of the way to let me know the status and what was being done when.  They cleaned up after they were done and put everything back where it was prior to them being there (which initially was a concern because of all the new landscaping we had planted) but I obviously had nothing to worry about :-)  The house looks awesome and I am extremely pleased with the whole process.  I will definitely use Dynamic Painting in the future and have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

Dynamic Painting did a great job for a very competitive price. Not much more to say than that, really. Quite satisfied with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Don't look elsewhere.  Call Robert.  He is outstanding in customer service, professionalism, and quality of work!

My husband and I planned to check out three contractors, and take the best offer.  I called Robert Silver at Dynamic Painting and set an appointment for a free estimate.  I was so impressed with the short phone chat that I decided to wait on calling the other two contractors we found on Angie's List until after I met Robert and heard what he could offer.   He was on time at the house (we own a rental in FishHawk), and was pleasant, professional, honest, and sincere.  We walked the perimeter, and he checked out everything, pointing out things we didn't even notice -so I knew he had a good eye and cared about doing nothing less than an excellent job.  I just knew he was the right guy to contract with and decided (in my head) on the spot not to bother calling the others.  Then he gave me his cost, and I was pleasantly surprised.  We expected to pay a good $3K, but he offered us a military discount at under $2K!    I hired him right then.
We had already selected the colors (main, trim, and door), so I had them on site to give to him.  Because of HOA regs., we had to get approval; Robert is familiar with this process and was sure to get the required color swatches painted on the house by the necessary date.  Robert assured us that the job could be completed within a few weeks, and it was!   His crew (Cory and Juan-his foreman) were excellent.  Note: Robert does NOT sub-contract.  Cory (his son) did a great job with the power washing.  Cory did miss a few areas on the trim, but Robert caught that and made sure it was taken care of.   Juan did the necessary caulking, etc., the main body paint, some trim, and the door.  Both of these guys were very professional and a joy to talk with (handshakes, smiles, and eye contract).  It took them Monday through Friday to complete the job (there were no weather delays).  I was out there every day to check progress and left smiling each time.
When the work was complete, Robert and Juan met us at the house, and we again walked the perimeter.  With most big jobs, there will be small things missed, and there were.  But all were noted, and all were immediately addressed.  We absolutely love the work done.
I want to mention, too, that I learned that Robert Silver does a lot to give back to the community by way of free services to some in need.
As an added comment, Robert was able to recommend an excellent guy to power clean our back fence at a very reasonable price.
We are thrilled with that work as well.

Great job by Rob and his crew!  I contacted 3 painters, all proposed basically the same work and using the exact same paint.  One job was grossly underbid which concerned me.  The other was over $1000 more than Rob's estimate.  They were delayed in starting by one day due to the weather, but still completed the entire job by the end of the week as planned.
I provided Rob a sample of the paint and he was able to match it perfectly with Sherwin Williams paint.  His team did a great job cleaning and prepping the job (especially the north side of the house).  I had several cracks developing in the stucco, which they patches with a specific caulk premixed with texture.  They did not remove light/fans but dropped the decorative mounting rings and then covered the hardware securely.   On the body of the house, I requested they include an additive that provides a radiant barrier.  They agreed to do this and it was installed with minor issues.  The one thing we noticed is on the ultra smooth surface of the hardyboard, the additive caused an uneven shine/dull effect.  After discussing with the crew and Rob, they purchased additional paint and put two additional coats on the second story.  End result was about $200 more in materials but a great looking job.
I highly recommend removal of your screens before the team shows up to do the pressure washing.  We had a few removed and the windows were cleaned and dried with no residue.  However the ones we had the screens installed on, required cleaning due to the water being trapped on the glass and drying.
They guys kept the area clear and cleaned up every night before leaving.  The job always looked professional and well managed.
The last day I did a walk around with the crew and they touched up any issues the team lead or I found.  However, we both failed to notice a missed spot on the front door.  I noticed it two days later and contacted Rob to see what could be done.  He sent one of his guys out a few days later and completely repainted the door at no additional cost to correct the problem. 
Overall, great bunch of guys, great crew and great work!

They were awesome; I was very happy with their service. The house is sealed tight and the colors look fabulous; they did an amazing job. Their price was competitive but they were not the cheapest.

Company promptly returned my call requesting an estimate. Estimate was provided in a timely manner and proof of insurance was also provided.  Job was scheduled, started and completed as planned.   Painter was very neat, tidy.  They contacted me a few days after completion to see if we had noticed anything that might need to be touched-up.  We did not,  as they did an excellent job.  Price was very good -- I had received a bid for nearly double the price and another bid that had me buying and hauling the paint!  I highly recommend Dynamic Painting.  They were a pleasure to do business with.

Dynamic Painting communicated with me via email and calls regarding the job and the starting for the job due to rain.  I did not have to guess of when the job was going to be started.
The job was started and the painter was very professional and clean.  He did clean after himself and did not leave a mess at the end of the day.

Pricing was fair and competitive. Choosing the colors involved lots of samples and they were very helpful and patient. Arrived as scheduled. Dug trenches. Covered plantings. Taped off windows. Power washed. Sealed the entire exterior. Painted the body of the house and trim, including gutters and window sills. Asked which color to use before painting exterior doors and questionable trim. Did a great job painting the lanai ceiling after being warned moisture might cause the paint to drip. They "timed" it perfectly to avoid this problem. Changed some trim areas on request. Very good attention to detail. Our neighbors love it and so do we. 

Everything was very professional, save one detail at the end. Most trenches were covered and mulch replaced but one tall sprinkler head was broken off at ground level (I'm sure accidentally). I spotted this the evening before the final walk around. The next day I found that instead of fixing it, someone just stuck it in the ground and put mulch around it. I called attention to this and the cleanup worker repaired it and showed me it was fixed. I left him to finish up and later discovered he departed without cleaning up the area. He left an exposed hole where he dug as well as an open trench down several feet of the adjacent wall, and did not replace the mulch. When I  called the owner he promptly had everything cleaned up.  If they'd repaired it to begin with instead of trying to hide it we would be happier. Obviously we would have had quite a problem the next time the sprinklers were turned on. All in all aside from this minor hitch we're very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The work was done quickly and on time.  It looks great - couldn't find any problems whatsoever.
