AAA Air Conditioning Service Tampa

I asked for a quote for a part for my air handler. I also wanted a quote for a UV light kit installed on my mini split. They quoted me $500 for the pump and $1000 for the UV kit. That sounded really expensive to me, so I told them no thanks and called a different air conditioning company. The other company installed the condensation removal pump for $120 total and quoted me a much lower price for the UV kit. It was a difference of nearly $1100 that AAA Air Conditioning tried to overcharge me for. Now they get a bad review on Angie's List.

It didn't turn out to be the service I expected, but I appreciate the fact that Rudy took time out of his day to come out and look at my system.

They were very professional with all aspects of the job from the moment they walked in and explained the benefits of replacement, all the way up to the new installation. The system went down on a Friday and was installed the very next day. They were quick and kept the work area clean and after it started up it has been working great ever since. They threw in a U.V system to keep the coil clean and a 4" media filter so I don't have to replace the 4 filters in my house, now just the 1.


Couldn't be happier with the work performed would recommend them to my friends and family.

After 5 days of me leaving voicemails to the company, we finally got a date scheduled. I took off work and scheduled an appointment. However, they did not show up. I am getting a refund from Angie's List, and advise others to avoid this company. They flat out skipped our appointment.

They arrived exactly at the specified time and went about the job very throughly and professionally. There was very little mess and what there was they cleaned up completely before they left. Within a week Rudy himself returned to check out the work undertaken. Again, over and above what I'd expect. They take great pride in their work and rely on word of mouth. That being said I would recommend this company to anyone. Within 6 months, as per the contract he came out again to service it.

I consider myself to be very lucky to have found such a professional and personable person and would highly recommend his company AAA. I'm sure I am not alone to have been initially retiscent to scour endless magazines searching for someone I could trust and consider myself very fortunate to find such a company so effortlessly. And by pure chance when you consider how many companies are in this business. I have heard horrendous stories both in print, from friends and on television about the amount of 'Cowboys' in this business practicing without licenses and the awful aftermath of people trying to get their money back from bad workmanship. Anything to do with air conditioning from now on is a dead cert for me. AAA every time no matter where I might be living. I wouldn't even consider anyone at any price. When you find someone reliable why would you go elsewhere.

A representative, Mr. Palermo, came out and did a cleaning service on my A/C unit. He was informative, personable, and gracious. He gave me specific insight about my unit and made suggestions that I felt were reasonable and helpful. I have waited to provide feedback, because I wanted time to work through his suggestions and confirm them. He was quite helpful, and I would be more than willing to deal with this company again, preferably with him.

The service turned out great. The technician came out and showed me somethings I needed to consider. It was a good call out. Everything was an A but I believe there is always room for improvement. He could have had a brochure covering anything from different prices that the services may cost. Like if he came out to do a service but one of the conductors went out, he could have had a feature/brochure with that plus the pricing.
