The courts are beautiful! Kerim Zafir did an extraordinary job at every point and his price was very reasonable. We live in a 192 home community and we are extremely please with the finished result. Kerim was so eager to please and more importantly, was a very honorable person. If he tells you he will do something, he absolutely will. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to either build a new court or resurface an existing court.

Courts look very good overall but upon close inspection have some flaws. Very good value for price, lowest bidder of three contractors contacted. Two week project morphed into four weeks however Kerim was friendly and always happy to discuss a great variety of topics with men. He is a one-man crew (we believed there would be more than him) and he does an amazing amount of work for being on his own. This complicated matters when windy conditions prevail and likely added to both the extended deadline and repeated repairing of in-process flaws. Good price, satisfactory work.

The courts at our HOA were beyond horrible. There were 6 inch wide, 10 foot long cracks. It was a serious accident waiting to happen. Both courts were unusable. Karim Zafir went above and beyond anything we expected. Our courts are 30 years old and they look brand new. The care he took to make sure we were happy with every step along the way was extreme. His communication was always on point, and he always responded immediately if we had a question. Working with vendors through an HOA can be very difficult and Karim made this project a pleasure. The value for the money is another point. Karim's bid was much better than any other bids we received (and we received several). And even though it was a better bid, he did work the other companies did not include. we also had Zafir courts resurface our basketball court, and again it was a fabulous job. In the opinion of our HOA board, you will not find a better company for value, honesty and quality of work.

Karem Zafir is a very hard working honest and professional young man who does what he was contracted to do and more!. He made our court look beautiful.We are thankful that we chose Zafir Courts and look forward to him repairing and screening our tennis/pickleball court in the near future. Thank you so much!!

Kerim went above and beyond with our project. The rain slowed the project down a bit but the courts look fabulous. Ours were 100% unusable before and now they are almost brand new. A fabulous job which has been a horrible view for the past 10 + years. Thanks so much!

Our court was in very bad shape due to lack of care. Kerim went above and beyond to repair the damage and bring the court back to life at a very good value. Kerim provided continual updates on the status of each stage of repair, resurfacing, and repainting. I would strongly recommend Zafircourt to anyone and would utlize their services again.

The thing I liked most about Zafir Court was the communication throughout what was a difficult project. Karim was extremely flexible, professional, respectful, and adaptable to all my requests. He was on time and on schedule and always available to help or answer questions. Price was very reasonable and quality of work was first class. I am 100% satisfied and would always recommend Zafir Courts. My pickleball court looks perfect! Karim went over and beyond to make the court look exactly how I wanted it and this kind of customer service is worth its weight in gold!
