We had them do two properties because they did such a great job on the first one. Both jobs were consistent and professionally done. They completely cleaned up the mess afterwards. The roof was even cleaner than they found it! Al was thorough, detail-oriented, trustworthy, friendly and reasonably priced. He didn’t hesitate to give us two options on how we can get the job done. He took the time to explain how much each option would cost and explained why --- time, disposal, and equipment needed for each job. In addition, he personally supervised the job and delivered exactly as promised! Brenda is a sweetheart. She followed up with us before and immediately after the job. She made sure everything flowed smoothly and on time. Stillman Tree Service went above and beyond our expectations. I can’t recommend this company enough!!!

I filed a review last week because I had not heard from them after I sent them a message to the address on the invoice they set me. They contacted me because that reply never made it to Stillman's A computer mix up. They came out when they read my review and resolved all the problems. Nice people concerned about their reputation. If I could find a way to delete the bad review, I would.

They were excellent and very tidy and did a great job. I'm hanging on to their phone number to use them in 6 months when my trees need triming again.

Jon was great ! I called office for an estimate, he came out the next day. He LISTENED to my concerns about plumbing and water lines. Gave me a great price and had the crew there in an 1 hour. Jason was the foreman and those gentlemen make quick work of that tree-very efficient! Jon was in the area after the job was done and stopped buy to make sure I was satisfied and happy with the work done-I certainly was ! A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO ALL !

Everything went well, just one thing. There was no advanced call to confirm that the work was to be done the next day. Also, they were a no show on the day we had set up, so I called them around 11:00 a.m. and they showed up at about 1:00 p.m. The work was finished the next day. Other than that they were professional, efficient and friendly. I would use them again but would request the advanced phone calls before they arrive.

From the first contact until the tree crew finished up the trimming and clean up everything was exactly like it should have been done. Very professional and competent.

It was a very hard day and there were constant complaints about the heat while they were doing the work. The tree did get removed and the job of taking down the tree and removing the debris was completed. I had pointed out where we wanted the trimming to take place but I wanted certain flowering shrubs left. They were removed too.

I emailed Stillman's asking for a quote to trim 2 queen palm trees at a rental property. John called me, drove by the house, then emailed me a quote. I have used them before and I have always been satisfied with their work. The workers trimed the trees, made sure I was happy, then cleaned up the mess. Workers have always been polite.

Estimator arrived same day and work was completed 4 days later. Work took about 90 minutes with three guys. They asked if the job was satisfactory before leaving and I asked them to trim further, which they did. Good job. Used Stillman before and was satisfied.

I have used them in the past and always been very satisfied. This time, at first, the job was not completed to my satisfaction. Yes, there was a valid reason why the job was not done as I expected. But Stillman's, in quick order, made thing more than right. I am not very satisfied. THANK YOU Stillmans. Because they were willing to quickly address my concerns, I would highly recommend them.

Excellent. The guys were very professional and did a great job. The palms look great and the garden was left clean and tidy after they had finished. . We will definitely be using them again.

The sales rep, Jayson, got back to me almost immediately and gave a quote that was less than I had anticipated. The workers arrived on the scheduled day and completed the job quickly and in a professional manner. Whenever I called Jayson to ask a question, he was prompt to call me back. Very, very satisfied with their work.

I was very satisfied. The trimmer's did the job that was agreed upon on the date that was promised. I would not hesitate to use them again and I highly recommend Stillman's.

Very prompt to give an estimate. The representative was "professional." First the price was $470. I agreed to the high reduced price of $420 because I wanted the work done quickly. I asked for the trees to have a "natural" trim and not a "hurricane" trim. And for the back end of the viburnum to be left full.
The workers came when they said that they would; I was not at home. I found that they had sadly given my trees a hurricane trim after all. They had cut in half the beautiful Purple Queen plants under one of the palms  for what reason I have no idea. And the back end of the viburnum was not left full. The property was cleaned up.
The representative seemed rather concerned about getting his money. There was not an address on the estimate. I had to get another address over the phone  and send him a check to the address I was given. This was not "professional. The price was much too high. In the past we have mostly paid $35 per tree to be trimmed. I had the feeling that despite "insurance costs"which  he used for a rationale, he was really out to take advantage.

Stillman's responded to my phone call by coming to my house the next day and giving me an estimate on the spot. After I interviewed two additional companies I called Stillman's and gave them the work. Because of a cancellation they came to my house and did everything the very next day. They were prompt, they were quick, they were professional and they cleaned and removed all of the debris. I highly recommend them.
