They trimmed the tress and removed the dead one but in the process they left numerous ruts in my property that they came back later and filled in.

From the estimate to the trimming they were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. The crew was amazing, they asked what I wanted done and did just that with some input if they had better suggestions. They worked very hard to complete the job to my satisfaction. My oak trees are huge and it was a ton of work, but they never complained or tried to take short cuts. They did a great job with the clean up as well and hauled every bit of debris away. It must have been at least three huge trailers full. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the hard work, my trees have never looked better!

Outstanding customer service and workmanship! The initial walk-through conducted by Al Solari was terrific---he was punctual and listened carefully to my requests, notating items on the estimate sheet. I also had a deadline to meet due to a roofing problem, and he managed his schedule to accommodate my needs. He was truly one of the finest professionals I've met in the last ten years! The crew showed up promptly and did everything as promised. They cleaned up after their work was completed. I did obtain two other estimates and found Stillman's to be far more reasonable in price for the amount of work that needed to be completed. I had oak trees trimmed in my yard and in the neighbors yard which were overhanging onto the property. I also had pine trees trimmed, and a holly tree and banyon tree cut down. Stumps were also ground up. I am extrememly impressed with the work they performed and will not hesitate to call them again in the future! They are at the top of my list! I highly recommend their workmanship!

They performed everything they said they would do and did it professionally, They cleaned up the entire area once the job was complete.

I called on Wednesday, Al came over and gave a fair quote, I agreed to the price and a crew was finishing up another job near by and was able to come to my house. I was very happy with the work they did and they cleaned up afterwards beautifully. Al is a great representative for the company. He knew what to trim and took the time to understand what I wanted. Freddy and his crew, Jeff and Daniel, were very nice and professional. I would use them again.

Two days later the company crew showed up and knocked on our door ready to do the work they quoted. We told them we did not hire them and told them to leave. This aggressive approach does not sit well with us. Pretty obvious they are desperate for work. I am not sure whatr part of the word NO do they not understand. 2/9/15...... In the last few days I received a gift card from Publix, with a note from Stillman's tree service, apologizing for the miscommununications with us. I see that as a sign that is company takes relationships seriously and I must give them credit the way they offered an apology. If I need tree service I certainly would consider a bid from them, with no hard feelings. Kudoos for Stillman's Tree Service for going the extra mile to mend their relationship with the community.

I was very happy overall with my experience with this company. They were very professional when booking, and when they came to service my house. The representative that did the estimate was also prompt and took good notes about what i wanted done. The tree trimming in the front was fantastic. It completely changed the front appearance on my house, and made the tree look so much healthier. They did have some opportunity with the flower beds underneath the tree where it looked like they had cut the limbs, and they fell on my plants there, or were walked on, but nothing was overall damaged and I believe those plants will revive in time. The backyard was a bit more of an ordeal. They did a great job clearing it out the first time...but only went over about half the area that I had asked for. The company called the next day to inquire about my happiness for things, and when i told them about it, they scheduled a crew to come out the next day to finish the job. I happened to be here when they came out the second time, and showed them exactly how much I had asked for to be completed. They did a fantastic job, taking care of everything to the letter and cleaned up the debris much more diligently than I expected. I will definitely use them again in the future. I also received a short handwritten thank you card in the mail a few days later from the company, which was a nice gesture.

Wow - excellent all around. The crew was professional and a nice group of young men.Their work was excellent - they accomplished just what I needed for my large oak tree. I was home so they consulted me prior to doing the work, which was very helpful. When they finished, they cleaned up the trimmings in the back yard, as well as anything in the front where they loaded trimmings onto their truck (parking strip, sidewalk), and they even made sure they left nothing under their truck which was parked on the street outside my home.

They were excellent! Very prompt & cleaned up great! Al was a gentleman that I dealt with, and he was very customer service oriented. Great guy! They are supposed to come back to trim bushes. They were very reasonably priced for everything they did.

Excellent service! Came to give bid the same day we called. Performed the work the next feel. Showed up on time, performed excellent work, and cleaned up and hauled away all tree trunks, branches and leaves. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The company stopped by to do an estimate. They called me with the details as well as left me the quote in writing. I felt the price was fair and they called me back to schedule an appointment. Due to rain we had to reschedule several times. They were scheduled to come out on Friday 9/5 & were not able to come, but didn't call either. I contacted them on Monday and they were extremely apologetic for not contacting me to let me know they couldn't make it. They came out that day and completed the trimming of the tree. Due to it being late in the day, they came back the next evening to pick up the trimmings from the yard. They cleaned off the leaves from the roof, the driveway, and the yard. The cleaned everything up very nicely. The tree looks wonderful.

Don't look any further? this is a Top Notch Company -- We needed removal of several limbs on some large trees in our front and side yard. Al, their rep, replied to our phone call and came out to give us a quote. His professionalism was outstanding. We scheduled the work to be done in a couple of weeks. Our tenant advised us that the tree trimmers were done with the job and so we decided to drive and take a look. Wow! Spectacular job and for a very fair price. We recommend Stillman Tree Service highly and will use them again for years to come.

This week we had Stillman Tree here for 2 days doing some tree work for us. I have recently bought our house and always try to get referrals for anyone I have work for me. In this case, I had 2 people refer me to Stillman. I got a few other estimates, including them, but chose them. All of my dealings with their company were positive; from my estimates for the work (I got a couple of different estimates from them,) to talking to Megan in the office, to the actual work, I was really impressed. The three cutters that were here (Buddy, Justin and Zach) were very personable, professional, polite and thorough. At one point, one was trimming an oak, and also took some dead fronds off a palm next to it, ?because the palm needed it.? WOW! So often a company just tries to get by with they work they do, but they all seemed to take pride in their work. At the end, they all came up, shook my hand and thanked me. The work was done well, they had some tight situations that they handled well and they did a good job on their cleanup. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

We hired Stillman's to overhaul the yard and trim some overgrown trees and palms of a property we were purchasing. We were from out of state. They were very flexible with scheduling their initial appointment to give us an estimate while we were down for our closing. They were able to do the work after we returned home. Now that we are here it looks great and our neighbors confirmed that they hauled away all plant debris when they were done. I would use them again.

They were excellent. He originally gave us an estimate and he went down 100 dollars after They were very professional. At first, they sent out one man to do the estimate but when they scheduled it, they sent out three men. We had an oak tree, a bottle bush and penguin palm done. They went over each tree with us when they came and told us everything they were going to do. When they were finished, they chopped up the little things and mulched out of it, and they blew everything clean. They were wonderful.

Their staff, Freddie and Daniel, showed up on time, reviewed the work to be done and completed it to our satisfaction. The cleaned up the grounds and were friendly and professional. A tall Palm was trimmed that was hanging over our pool cage and a group of shrubs some 15' x 25' were trimmed back and look great. Other shrubs by the pool cage were trimmed and look great. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing tree trimming service.

We have 6 large clumps (approximately 10-14 stalks per clump) of Areca palms on the southside of our home. They were terribly overgrown and shedding 5-6 branches daily. They hadn't been pruned for 3 years and it was a big job. The tree technicians (4 men) completed the job in about 2 hours (8 man-hours). They did an awesome job and were very easy to work with and very professional.They had the necessary equipment to prune palms and dispose of the clippings. Except for the now beautiful Areca's you owuld nevr know that they were here. Superb job!!
