They did not check all the windows to make sure they were clean. They did not clean the tracks. They broke my Hunter Douglas honeycomb window treatment and I didn't know until the next day when I sent upstairs and saw it. They should have asked me to review their work before they left.

The technician, Kirt, was very nice and professional. He did a great job on our windows and when I discovered he missed cleaning one and called the office, they sent him right back to finish it. I was very pleased with the cost of the service as well.
