Although there are companies that would be happy with the B rating you rated us with, I feel there is more that we could have done to service you and would have appreciated the opportunity to do so. Showed up on time, explained all options, performed services
We received a return call from on Tuesday April 29th and was given an appointment for mid-day Wednesday.
Eric, the Technician, called during the morning and said that he was held up and indicated that he would be at our house by 1pm.
He arrived shortly before 1pm and after going into detail on our choices ,he provided immediate and thorough answers to our several questions and he also gave us prices for various options together with his recommendations.
We made a decision, agreed on a price and he was at work within 15mins of arrival.
He was a 1 man wonder - producing at least 4 different pieces of equipment with the necessary accessories, all from his extremely neatly packed and well organized minivan, and executing the work in a very professional manner.

Quality Counts was first recommended to me by my rental manager (as I own a vacation rental property near the beach). I have had them come out on several occasions throughout the last 9 years to clean my carpet and upholstery, which gets heavy abuse being close to the beach/sand and having an ever changing set of renters in the unit. The outcome is always outstanding.
Upon purchasing our own home here in Florida, and seeing that the grout was in pretty bad shape, I had them come out to scrub the grout and steam clean the tile, as the previous owner had dogs and was a heavy smoker. The tile itself came out very well, and I felt comfortable walking around in my bare feet for the first time. The grout was more challenging, as some of the staining did not come out completely, but overall I think they did their very best and I got the best result I could have hoped for, considering the terrible state it was in.
Anyone considering hiring Quality Counts should know that Rick and his team are the epitome of professional. They answer calls promptly, are usually able to come out for an estimate within a few days time (if not the very same day), and they take precautions to protect your property while they work. They are very meticulous and thorough, and I have never felt like they were rushing through the job so they could get to the next one.
The bottom line: I highly recommend Quality Counts, and you should certainly consider them for your carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning projects.
