About us

We are your neighborhood roofing company looking to build relationships with homeowners and business owners. We install a variety of roofs: tile, various metal roofs including standing seam, 5V, and stone coated panels, shingle, TPO, and Modified Bitumin flat roofs. We do roofing repairs of all types, but specializing in tile roof repairs. We also install gutters, fascia, and soffit. When you work with us you will be assigned a project manager who will be with you throughout the entire process, from sale to completion. We offer competitive financing options and are very experienced dealing with insurance claims. We are hard working, ethical, and install a very good roof. We want to become your "roofer," and if you give us the opportunity, you will not be disappointed.

We highly recommend Providential Roofing. During a time last fall when many home owners were experiencing roofing issues due to storms and rain, Fred Mannella and his team were extremely responsive to our needs. Fred came personally to assess our roof, and then he returned with an excellent team who fixed our problems. My home in Lakewood Ranch developed a leak following a recent hurricane and Providential Roofing came to the rescue. Fred Mannella responded immediately and the roof leak was repaired within a week. Soon after the first repair was completed Prividential we had another hurricane which exposed another roof leak which was repaired within a week even though Providential was busy with several other homes which needed repairs or even a complete roof replacement. I had a great experience with Fred (Owner) and his team. I needed a couple of roof vents replaced and a roof tune up prior to the rainy season. Fred called/texted me back the same day (this gave me peace of mind). The repairs/tune up were done efficiently with a competitive price. I have and will be referring Providential Roofing to anyone that may need his services.
