Charged over $200 More than quotes I received from other electricians. Also told me I had to pay additional because I owned a Tesla. Very Nice Technician but I would strongly recommend getting an additional quote before using them.

"Ted, thank you for reaching out to us again. As we previously indicated, you did not have to pay additional because you own a Tesla. The estimate presented to you was for an outlet in your garage that would give you the ability to charge your Tesla. This is different than a standard outlet as those would not provide sufficient power to charge at the rate you requested. According to our records, we installed a 240v circuit under your panel and also a breaker so that you could charge your Tesla appropriately. As the number 1 rated Tesla installer in our service area as recommended by Tesla, we feel very comfortable and competitive with our pricing for this kind of service. Thank you for choosing Luminous Electric."

Electricians did a very nice job. Work was performed properly and when minor problem occurred, was fixed next day. Bob Royce did an excellent job and would recommend him specifically for electrical work if needed in future. Excellent electricians are not easily found.

Best customer service! I submitted a request for quotes and Luminous called me with a few minutes and setup an appointment. They sent reminders and when the the electrician was on the way, they sent a text and an email with info about him and a picture of him. The electrician showed up early and provided a free estimate. After an hour, we decided to move forward with the planned work. He showed up in the afternoon and was able to remove the old under cabinet lighting and install the new lighting. Very professional and did a great job. Best customer service that I have had with a contracting company. Highly recommend Luminous Electric!!!

Luminous Electric replaced our breaker box and ran an upgraded 220 volt line for your new electric stove. They came when they said they would and sent pictures of the repair folks so we would know who to expect. I would recommend them and they are now my go to electricians.
